It's really important that we have it correctly reviewed.

At GWG we decided to bypass DAO minting and DAO flagging and do those operations directly

- [ ] reconcille whitelist with the NDC Contributors and NDC Core Contributors. All accounts that are for NDC Contributors or NDC Core Contributors, that are missing in the original whiltelist should be added.

- [ ] Reload the whitelist to include new badges distributed
