Session proposal for DevConf.US (2020)
Questions marked with * are required.

While developing your proposal, consider the following:

Your TITLE should both catch the attention of the reader and clarify at a glance what the session is about.

In your abstract, clearly state:

WHY the topic is important for the audience
What the audience will LEARN from the session?
Any background information or equipment the audience needs in order to participate or understand your presentation
Consider including a call-to-action or next steps for your audience

You can edit your proposal(s) after submission (until the CFP Closes)
Submissions don't need to include completed slides

* Title
Clear, concise title for your session. 50 characters max! The TITLE is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of your submission, as it is the first and most prominent part that will 'attract' the audience to your session.

* Type
- Presentation (You will give a presentation using slides and demos to an audience that listens)
- Workshop (You will have an interactive session where your audience is actively doing something for the majority of the time)
- Discussion (You will lead a discussion with the audience and/or a group of experts; this should be interactive and not scripted)

* Duration
Pick the short session duration that lets you cover your material. This maximizes your audience. All sessions will include Q&A time.

* Difficulty
Beginner - no experience needed
Intermediate - attendees should be familiar with the subject
Advanced - background knowledge and skills are required

Describe your session in full detail. Your audience and the CFP committee use this information to decide which sessions to attend or include in the schedule. Put as much information as possible in-line and avoid referring to additional resources, except for downloadable artifacts needed for workshops Help your audience understand what to expect and what they will learn. Consider including a call-to-action or next steps. 1000 characters max.

* Additional Information
Is there anything the CFP committee specifically needs to know. For example, is there a maximum number of attendees for your session? Do you have equipment needs beyond a projector?
