# Zuzalu App: Quick Guide

*Welcome to a Quick Guide around the Zuzalu App.*

## First things first
### Passport
In Zuzalu, each Citizen has their own Passport as a way to make sure you are a logged in member.

As a **Sub-event Organizer**, the email you shared was already included in our list.

Now, create your Passport [**here**](https://zupass.org).


### How to Login?
With your Passport ready, you need to verify your Passport.
1. By scanning the QR Code:


2. By copying your key for sync


Later on, when you want to login from a different device, you can use the key for sync directly.

Great! We're all set to go to [**Zuzalu's Website**](http://zuzalu.city). Now:
1. Select "Connect with Passport"
2. And "Verify Passport"


**Important!!**
> - Consider your Passport Key as your Private Key. Store it somewhere safe.
> - If you want to disconnect your Passport from your browser, *make sure to save your key before*.
> - In case you lose your key and are disconnected, you will lose access to your Passport.

### How to find an Event?
You will always be able to find all Events in the Main Dashboard, under "Full Program":


> Tip: Find events using the filters, and bookmark your favorites!

## Sessions

### Event Sessions
Brief, engaging community experiences. From talks and presentations to cold plunges. Created directly by Event Organizers.

### Open Sessions
Any Zuzalu Citizen is able to create Sessions, exclusively visible to them. Enables any Citizen to contribute and share their talents and expertise with the community.

### Creating Open Sessions
Great that you're interested in creating an Open Session! Here's a step-by-step:

1. In Zuzalu main page, scroll down to find all Events

2. Find which Event your new Session is reffering to.

3. Create Session and begin filling in all the details!

RSPV or Ticket? What Requirements are needed? If you have questions about how to fill your session details, see more in ["Create a Session" Form Fields](https://hackmd.io/@patzip/SkeANT8l2).

4. Review and confirm session details. If necessary, you can go back to previous steps to edit information. If everything looks correct, confirm the Session.

Zuzalu Citizens can now RSVP or get the limited tickets for your session.
