There are a hugh overlapped of community members between Wikidata and OpenStreetMap in Taiwan. It might be possible to add as proposal status, but most editors are not aware about it. And made things worse is we didn't use the newest village dataset to import. They use robot to massly create articles. There are more and more out-of-date data. So we have to monitor news or government announcements. Editing both on OpenStreetMap and Wikidata. There is a website called Hiking Note, storing all mountains, chalet, and hiking trails in Taiwan. We have grab all entries' metadata on Hiking Note, to establish correspondent Wikidata items. --- ## Process  * Property Proposal * Using Bot to get the whole Dataset * Date Cleaning * Import to Wikidata * Adding Wikidata link to OpenStreetMap Note: 1 property proposal on Wikidata. In the same time, using crawler to get the metadata of the dataset. 2 data cleaning suit the OSM tagging or Wikidata entry schema. 3 do the import by mass import tools like QuickStatement 3.
