## Testcard 1
## Pre-testing
**Name:** Juliette DAL MASO
**Age:** 21 years old
**Occupation:** Master's student in Politics
**Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** Letizia met her in Paris in a café.
**Duration of the meeting:** 30 minutes
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction**
Rather than struggling in the transports in the morning or than coming back at home with an Uber, you are now going to hitchhike in order to go to your internship place (which is a little bit far from the city). Please use this application to find yourself a driver and book him.
**Observations:**
We can observe that Juliette was very curious about exploring the whole application to see how it works instead of trying to book a driver directly. However, afterwards that she saw how it functions, she quickly played the game and found a driver.
---
**2nd instruction:**
You are now having a problem with a driver, try to report him.
**Observations:**
Juliette quickly found the necessary operation in order to successfully report a driver.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
One of the things she appreciated the most was the catchy design of the app and the fact that although hitchhiking is underrated in many places today, this app encourages the use of it and makes it safer (as a carpool service, but cheaper, easier and that respects the hitchhiking values).
---
**Neutral feedback:**
The transition is basic.
---
**Negative feedback:**
It was sometimes difficult to navigate through the app in order to get what she wanted.
---
**Learning & insights:**
From that, we've learn that although Juliette never did hitchhiking before, she would now be ready if the application is launched and functions well. Indeed, she finds it a cheaper and better alternative to Uber and also more "friendly".
---
**Decisions & actions:**
To iterate, we decided to improve the interaction of the map and the connection between the frames of the Figma to improve the navigation part and make it more easy to use.

## Testcard 2
## Pre-testing
**Name:** Horatiu BALTATEANU
**Age:** 51 years old
**Occupation:** works in Management and Sales area
**Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** the meeting took place at Letizia's home.
**Duration of the meeting:** 35 minutes
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction**
Rather than going to work alone, you have to subscribe to the app and create your profile in order to offer to hitchhikers possible trips.
**Observations:**
We can observe that Horatiu has no difficulty in finding the informations we asked him to, and quickly understands how to create a profile.
---
**2nd instruction:**
You are now a hitchhiker and you have to find informations about your next driver (description, ratings, phone number).
**Observations:**
The informations were found but the navigation part was not always easy since he sometimes had to go back to the first page to find his way out.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
There was no trouble in using the application, the use was very fluid. He also really liked the design, as if it was an already launched application.
---
**Neutral feedback:**
Doubts that the application will be able to attract many clients once it is launched (it will take time).
---
**Negative feedback:**
There was no page showing how to find a potential hitchhiker (only hitchhikers can find a driver that already subscribed).
---
**Learning & insights:**
From that, we've learn that the application is very fluid and that everyone(even people who do not feel confident with new apps for instance) can find their way out and understand the aim of the app and how it works. On a more personal note, we have also learnt that people who go to work daily by car but individually might be very willing to take a hitchhiker who goes to the same place, which is a good news for our application !
---
**Decisions & actions:**
We decided to enhance the interference part and also work more on the design part to make it even more real.

## Testcard 3
## Pre-testing
**Name:** Aymerik GENIN
**Age:** 20 years old
**Occupation:** 1st year student at emlyon business school
**Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** the meeting took place in Ecully (learning hub) with Aurélien.
**Duration of the meeting:** 30 minutes
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction**
Navigate through the application and find a driver.
**Observations:**
Aymerik liked the way the application was made and found it interesting and funny that we can have a detailed description of the possible drivers (not common for a hitchhiker).
---
**2nd instruction:**
You are now a hitchhiker and you have to find informations about your next driver (description, ratings, phone number).
**Observations:**
The informations were found very quickly.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
The design was appealing, the app is catchy, he would have loved to use it to go to Ecully daily for instance.
---
**Neutral feedback:**
Some details can be developed.
---
**Negative feedback:**
The navigation part and the connexion between frames can be improved.
---
**Learning & insights:**
From that, we've learnt that the app is attractive and that this concept might seduce people who do not want to pay for a carpool to get to a school or a workplace that is far from the city center yet not extremely far (for instance Lyon-Ecully).
---
**Decisions & actions:**
We decided thus once again to improve the interference of the app in order to make it more dynamic.
