    # Plan to achieve goal - Odelia Chen [toc] ## Overview ### Summary of Self-Reflection I found the main reason caused me not doing well on my activities last month is my self-esteem. When I got new desk, I asked AMs about clients and specs. But for tech knowlodege, I didn't know who to ask and what is right and wrong which made me no confidence to talk to candidates since I was afraid that they would get bad impression on me if I don't know anything. I tried to ask but probably didn't ask in a correct way so I mostly got orders. Therefore, I tried to collect info and figured out by myself. But the uncertainty made me feel unconfident and the emotions have been accumulated. ## New Action I went through the current desks and I found I am more familiar with UI/UX and F2E so I prefer working on these 2 desks. If there are more clients in Taiwan, I would like to change to Taiwan or I might need more training on global talent market. However, I don't know **how to identify their qualification by open-ended questions**.
