  1. 點擊Google 首頁右上角

加入課程成員

  1. 進入課程訊息串頁面，找到課程代碼

    • 至成員頁面–>學生，輸入學生Gmail邀請加入課程
    • 至成員頁面–>老師，輸入其他老師或助教Gmail邀請加入課程

  1. 方法二(學生端)：

    1. 學生登入@ntub.edu.tw Google帳號
    2. 進入Google Classroom
    3. 選擇學生身份
    4. 點擊右上角＋，加入課程
    5. 輸入課程代碼

使用情境

上傳檔案給課堂學生

  • 發布公告: 訊息串–>向全班宣佈…–>📎新增

  • 作業檔案: 課堂作業–>建立–->資料–>📎新增

過去上傳過的檔案皆可從課程的共用雲端資料夾中找到
課堂作業–-> 課程雲端硬碟資料夾

老師在classroom課程所有發布的內容都會發送gmail通知學生

透過email聯絡學生

  • 成員–->學生–-> 點選某個學生

  • 成員–->學生–-> 全選或勾選學生，點擊動作

Google Classroom整合Google日曆整合Google Meet

  • Classroom: 整合課程成員、發布資訊
  • 日曆: 建立活動、遠端線上上課通知
  • Meet: 分享教師電腦畫面給無法看見投影幕畫面、無法切換到教師電腦畫面同學使用，以及遠端上課用

範例每週遠端線上上課

  1. 前往Classroom該課程–->課堂作業–>Google日曆

    也可以直接前往Google日曆

  2. 新增活動

​​​​> 重複性活動刪除時請選擇，刪除`所有活動`
  1. 課程開始前Google日曆或發送通知給所有課程成員
  2. 課程成員可從Google日曆點選該課程活動，點擊Meet圖示進入線上課程教室

專題討論代替Line的聊天方式，Google Chat

  1. 登入@ntub.edu.tw Google帳號，右上角展開選單

  2. 選擇Chat

  3. 建立聊天室

  1. 新增成員
