  • Things to clear up, open questions:

    • General review of the yaml files, especially biological scale, model description language

  • Requirements for a 0.1 "MVP" (Ankur will convert them into GitHub issues):

    • Come up with a name
    • Add some basic information to page (OCNC/INCF logos), who did this, link to github, disclaimer :)
    • Detail view should show links like source code, documentation, license
    • Add description for every simulator
    • Figure out some representation/filtering to deal with frontend vs. backend simulation tools + frameworks, things like MUSIC, etc. Distinguish between simulators and plugins, etc.
    • see above, distinguish ecosystem (e.g. NEURON) from individual related tools
      • maybe split display in two
    • make everything look reasonably nice
    • add some basic CI test to make sure a change in a yaml file doesn't break parsing
    • Add a link in the detail view, going to the github edit of the source file (to propose a PR to change information)
    • an info or "?" link after the filter criteria to explain what the categories mean, or a glossary

  • Milestone for first 0.1 release: 31st of May
