# Demo Daze
## Meta Cartel Spaces

### tl;dr

I would like to propose a twitter spaces for Meta Cartel called Demo Daze (name is negotiable). This is will be a time for projects that have either been awarded grants through Meta Cartel and for any projects that members want to bring up.

### Reasoning and Potential

- New grantee's will have a forum to market their project.
- Staying in touch with former grant recipients. Possibly enabling new connections and collaborations.
- Shilling Member projets
- Shilling Projects a member is interested in
- Fun to take on the road and hold at irl events, with actual live humans
- Could occasionaly hold a "live" pitch special episode and have a metapod style event live on spaces, either as a shark den style or a winner takes all competition.
- Helps maintain visibilty for Meta Cartel and the projects they have supported. This helps provide stability in the Ethereum ecosystem which is essential as we all grow together during a bear market.

### When will It Be held?

TBD: Likely 1 episode per month, more can be added if it makes sense.

### Episode Format (Not Rigid)

60 Minutes
- Show intro 5 min
- Guest Intro 2 min
- Guest Convo 40 min (if 2 guests 20 min each)
- Could have special interest guests/hosts on from time to time
- Meta Cartel News and Shills 10 min
- Exit and Shill next episode. 3 min

### How much will it cost Meta Cartel

Nothing now. Up to the contributor's to decide how they want to be compensated.

### What Help is need?

- scheduling / PM (boiler is offereing his time for this)
- Promotional Material / Promotion
- Research (might be easiest for a host to handle this as they will be asking the questions to the guests). This research would be preperation work for guest, ie examining project, questions to ask, favorite beer, etc)
- Two Hosts (Could go with more or less, 1 main for sure)
- Technical During broadcast (unsure if needed, spaces is fairly low tech, would be good to have a soul available)

### When will it Begin?

As soon as possible, possibly mid October to start.

Twitter apaces is fairly low lift. I someone has a the twitter app on their mobile, they should be able to figure out spaces. Spaces can be buggy and there might be higher quality platforms available but twitter has the audience.

- create a column in the airtable to track projects invted to spaces.
- Decide, as a DAO, who would be appropriate to invite as first guests
