Hey there, I am Manav Darji and these are my updates for week 13 (09/10 - 15/10). The goal of this week is to update the specs to reflect the implementation nuances.

Updates

• Execution (Engine API) specs

  • The specs were a bit outdated and needed some refactoring.
  • NC, already had an initial specs PR.
  • Created a new PR on top to reflect some modifications.

• Geth PoC

  • Did small refactors to handle different error types and bump verification errors to parent functions to respond with.

Next steps

• I earlier had plans to start with the Prysm implementation but as the fellowship is about to end, I'd like to polish the PoC and if possible try to write tests and perform simulations if possible.
