Lex DAO registered as UNA.
@Hal @betape @Andrew are the current admins however its not final.

Legal Engineering: Will have entrance requirements and need to get more exposure.

@ivelin mentioned creating content around the transition from web2 to blockchain that will help companies to understand how and why.

The initial vetting of a client is going to pass through a general screening that steers clear of any inference of legal advice. Maybe an affirmitive click-box as part of the screening form?

### discussion

Shirah introduced herself. We spoke about how she can work on our onboarding materials.

Moo introduced herself and told us she has project management experience. As we're starting our project management process now, this could be helpful.

We talked about what it means to have a house and be in a house. Including concepts such as homeowners deciding on their own decor, and boarding school houses where students visit other houses. We emphasized the goals are accountability and productivity, not the idea of houses itself. We chatted about how as houses mature they can spin out into their own servers.

We agreed that it's important to make the best of this Kali opportunity and to offer all hands on deck for Earldom HAL. In other words, all houses should help HAL where possible.

The idea of having the same students to supervise regardless of file went over well.

The idea of supervisors having their own 'house' that can become a legacy within the Clinic went over well.

These houses are a special opportunity for supervisors involved with the Clinic during its infancy.

Much like the names of law firms, these houses will live on within the Clinic long after the supervisor has left.

#### services

The following are the first services we'll institutionalize within the Clinic.

* EIN registration (HAL is the supervisor)
* questionnaire (hopefully Andres is the supervisor)
* EIP team (bestape is the supervisor)

We've tried providing these services a few times, and they've done well.

Preferably the supervisor in charge of the service can institutionalize it, or at least lead the charge.

Another services that seems to make sense to trial offer then institutionalize:

* help clients pick a DAO platform between KaliDAO, Aragon and DAOhouse summon (need supervisor)
* see Aragon's 'DAO expert program'
* commission academic work (need supervisor)
* already did for Golden Lady
* presently have 2 offers by mikedotwaves

Muffin has accepted the supervisor role for our two music industry clients: Phlote and StemsDAO.

When we refer to lawyers, we should ensure that there's no way the referee believes the lawyer is acting as our agent, and that they should know the lawyer is acting through a law firm without any rep/warrant from LexDAO.

* Could we get a referee to sign a waiver before we make any referrals to them?

Clinic students could offer `concierge` services but it's too risky until we figure this out.
