# StreamingBee App - Updates and Request for funding replacement

## Context
At May 18 we asked for 100 HNY ~ **$8k** at around **$80**/HNY (https://forum.1hive.org/t/vesting-app-funding-proposal/5232)

When created the proposal in the Gardens at June 3 Honey had dropped from $80 to $63, because that drop we asked for **127 HNY** instead 100 HNY.(https://gardensdao.eth.limo/#/xdai/garden/0x8ccbeab14b5ac4a431fffc39f4bec4089020a155/proposal/100)

Until the proposal get passed HNY value dropped alot more, in Jun 16 when we received the amount HNY price was $40, so we get around $5k instead $8k, deficit of $3k

Before deepin talking about the values, amount and prices, lets see the updates and improvements made so far.

# Updates & Improvements

The changes we made so far
- We change all the Routes and for one **better UI/UX**
- Replace the old wallet for **Rainbowkit** + **Wagmi** getting high diversity wallets and more possibilities
- Migrated from Rinkeby to **Goerli** the new testnet.
- Migrated Subgraph to **Graph Network**.
- Fixed **several bugs** and we did various small improvements.
- Created the news names and concepts like **StreamPack** for VestedERC20 and calling just **Streams** for the Wrapped VestedERC20.

# Payments

We are using BI (Basic Income) to pay contributors, that way to pay need get some complementary income, like for example the Harvest to balance of deficit against competitive hour rate.

> We didnt participate the Harvest Pilot program, but i believe that dont will be enough to compensate anyway.

So far we have paid **$3000** until that date with the last sprint (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yKNmTNdKzWygPlCBQncBMSxXBspIqlev82fbjM2QSWU/edit#gid=1455885441)

We have paid 63.16 HNY so far and that represent more 50% the fund available in decrease value worth.

HNY got decreased in value going from $63/HNY to $27/HNY shirinking almost 3 times the initial value.

We currently have 41.54 HNY (that represents $1121.58 (at rate $27/HNY).) after the current last payment.

We should have at least **$5000**. So we basicaly **lost $3879** to continue funding the project.

That could be worse if we started pay contributors in the normal rate instead Basic Income. Because based in the hour rate that will be **$4200** spends versus the current **$3000**

# Request for funding replacement

We are asking for $4,000 as a replacement value, that equivalent to 148 HNY (at $27/HNY)

and that **should be exchanged for stable coin**, XDAI/WXDAI for example, to avoid another fall like it happened

# Futher development

- Creating the Logo StreamingBee (already started)
- Keeping improving the UI/UX
- Do partnership with Hedgey OTC Deals (already started conversation)
- Deploy contracts at Gnosis Chain
- Deploy Subgraph to Gnosis Chain
