# CX Pikkujoulu Party 2023
## CS Donors' Lounge, Dec 04, 2023
The Lounge entry is staircase B which is on the left, just before the schools main entrance. That door has a token reader and also a door bell. Inside the Lounge, next to the inner door, there is an intercom through which the door downstairs can be opened for guests.


The chosen venue will be available to us from morning to midnight, allowing ample time for both preparation and festivities.

* Dinner, We order online, Pizza mostly! You can also bring your own food/drink

* We're in for a special treat - Tarmo and Lena are concocting Glühwein for us!
* Gather your crew and let's build gingerbread houses at the Pikko party! Who would like to join in?
* Engaging activities like Secret Santa! and fun-filled sessions post dinner. Remember, bring something meaningful, yet wallet-friendly. We're likely to mix 'em up and surprise everyone with random delights! **So, secure your present for the secret Santa extravaganza! 🎁🧑🏻‍🎄**
* And yes, we can't forget the luxury of the sauna available at the CS Donors' Lounge!

### Some quick notes about the CS Donors’ Lounge:

* Perfect for intimate gatherings with a capacity for up to 25 attendees.
* Features two conference rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, two saunas, and a comfortable seating area with a large TV.
* Availability: 8 or 9 am till 01 am.
* Towels are provided for those keen on a sauna session. Other amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, bench covers for the sauna, and hairdryers.
* Aalto personnel will have access via their Aalto access tokens for the duration of our event.

### More Info

Äbbas' Lounge access, along with Mikko and Yan's, will be enabled on their Aalto tokens starting 10 am on the event date. The primary entry to the Donors’ Lounge is via staircase B, located to the left just before the school's main entrance. The door has a token scanner and a buzzer. Once inside the Donors’ Lounge, there's an intercom system for admitting guests. Please ensure all doors leading outside or to hallways remain closed to prevent triggering any alarms.

The Donors’ Lounge provides full access to its amenities and equipment. The rental charge covers cleaning and dishwashing services.

Feel free to utilize either or both saunas. Towels will be provided in the changing rooms, and you'll also find basic toiletries and "pelfletti" sheets for the sauna benches.
