### Nest Strategy & Analysis
Need to followup on Nest projects that got their funding cut.
- Aaron and burrrata are already working on this.
- Updating Aragon Directory
- Nest Feedback Survey
- Interviews with teams that got their funding cut
- Shortlist of promising projects that we want to revive

What are the most important things we need to change?
- we need research on viable DAO business models
- we need to refine the investment thesis
- we need to support projects, giving them activation energy to build things that provide value to Aragon users, but then making sure they move towards sustainability

### Cleaning Up the Nest Repo

There's a backlog of proposals:
- which ones do we want to `CLOSE`?
- which ones do we want to `APPROVE` and/or propose a request for funding?
- what are the action steps for those we keep on applications still in progress?

All open Issues should be things that are still in progress. All approved or rejected Issues need to be closed or relabled to `under-review` or `RFP`.

- Do we need anything else?
- Task Manager: Google Docs, Notion, taiga.io, something else?
- CRM: Airtable, Notion, something else?

A wishlist of things we would like to see shipped via the Nest program. Would be great if we could stack-rank these to see what's a priority and what's not.

### NestDAO on Mainnet

- Do we want to give it a test run to vote on open proposals that are ready to be `approved` or `rejected`?

What are the triggers for deployment of the Nest DAO on mainnet?
- do we want to use the Rinkeby DAO for a while or do we want to just deploy a DAO on Mainnet and fund it?

How much funds would we be confortable putting in the mainnet NestDAO initially?
- 600K?
- 300K?
- less?

## Call Notes

### Nest History Lesson
- was much harder for the original nest projects to ship due to poor SDK / Client
- need to be a lot clearer about what kinds of projects will Nest invest in / what kind of busienss mmodels they should have etc.

### Nest Meetings
We now have 2 meetings:
- a Nest infra meeting that will be held every 2 weeks to talk about stuff like the repo, CRM, DAO, etc...
- A Nest investment meeting where we will analyze deals and make funding decisions

### Open Nest Issues
- 190 (Joe is leading)
- 187 (Aaron and Burrrata will co-lead DD)
- 161 (Yalda and Burrrata like it)
- will circle back and ask the team to submit an application
- will create an RFP to get more teams to apply
- Luke has already spoken to other teams doing the same thing and he will encourage those teams to submit applications

### Due Diligence Templates (investment memos)

- Respond to these 3 teams saying that we in the process of undertaking due diligence and ask any questions that need answering to populate the inestment memo template *

### New Nest Repo
- team will discuss over the next week and make a decision at the next Nest Infrastructure meeting

### Closing Stale Issues
- burrrata and Aaron will close stale Issues and/or add interesting ones to the Nest Wishlist

### Nest CRM
- burrrata will lead research on this project
- How does Notion compare to Airtable or other stuff?
- Does Notion integrate with Zapier and/or have GitHub integration?
- Will present options and a demo at the next Nest infra meeting next week

### Nest Chat
Someone (TBD) will add a link to the Nest chat on the repo and website for people interested in the program.
- Yalda had some great ideas on how to word the copy for that

### Nest SDK RFPs
Yalda will lead an itiative to explore Nest SDK work vs A1
- burrrata will contribute to user research efforts

### Nest Rinkeby DAO
- will practice at the next Nest investment meeting
