Move to WebEx/WebEx Teams

- There's a lot of pressure to keep FERPA info off non-GT hosted systems, so let's go ahead and make the move off Slack onto WebEx/Teams

Recitations

- Current idea: short, asynchronous videos (like lectures) paired with 3 rolling synchronous help sessions/Q&A on WebEx on Wednesdays

- Session 2: 3PM EST - 4:30PM EST
- Session 3: 8PM EST - 9:30PM EST

- This will be a good "dry run" of full-blown recitations starting this week
