## Key question - where should we go if we have to move
Deliberately didn't discuss the possibility of staying - just the options should we decide to move.

## ACTIONS
* Contacting councillors - Nikolai & Amanda.
* ALL - keep looking for additional local spaces - there's benefit to be in current area
* Nikolai - share ideas about legal constitution
* Jess - Talk to VAL about possible funding and community/charity partners
* Ben - get accurate measurements of both spaces
* Ben - nag Gerwyn about long lease
* Habib - circulate a doodle for weeks commencing 5th September
* Celia - looking into suggestions of a conservation area

* Bowman (sp?) house (££££!) on Mabgate
* ATS building, split into smaller spaces in terms of ratable values [https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/business-rates-find/valuations/start/5222689000] Celia to ring to get a quick site visit
* Roseville Road?
* 56a - ‘store and premises’, 122.84m2 (1322 sqft) rateable value of £6000
* NM Kotia (sp?) House - huge, front section for public access. Rear area seems to be used for parking so might be hired separately. Tiny office on the side maybe being used for post?
* Dolly Lane / Gledhow road - think part of St James, possibly just used for storage
* Further down Dolly Lane - lots of changes
* St Martin's Church in Chapel Allerton - available some days of the week. (sometimes also hosted short stop, so open to varied use)
* Buildings used by Churches on Meanwood Rd etc - might be available on other days
* ‘Mountain Pass’ - Firth Street
* Flexspace Leeds - Burley Hill - bit far away but vacant ~1000sqft
