Many thanks again for approving our revision plan and please find our revised draft attached as a pdf file. In the pdf file, we have highlighted our changes in blue. The following are our main changes as presented in our revision plan (with minor adjustments in section numbers):

### Methodology
- [x] Added a summary of implementation details (LOC and components etc) to the end of Section 4.1.
- [x] Clarified definition of control flow nodes in the first paragraph of Section 4.6.
- [x] Clarified in the text - how dynamic rewrite rules provide an interface between egg and MLIR passes in the first paragraph of Section 4.3.
- [x] Provided motivation in the text for the equivalence checking approach described in Section 4.7.
- [x] Distinguished between local syntactic extraction (during e-graph rewriting) vs the final hardware-aware extraction in Section 4.5.
- [x] Highlighted the purpose of verification and emphasised robustness rather than performance in Section 4.7.

### Benchmarks
- [x] Clarified that the benchmarks left out from the evaluation are in fact already not that hard for existing tools in the first paragraph of Section 5.1.
- [x] Addressed the scalability issues in writing in the last paragraph of Section 5.3.
- [x] Compared against human-annotated HLS programs with reasonable #pragmas in a new table - comparing manual to automated method in Figure 15 (discussion in Section 5.3).
- [x] Added more background about the Intel example in the first paragraph of Section 5.2.
- [x] Added more results for optimization statistics to Figure 7 and Table 5.

### Writing
- [x] Addressed all spelling/grammar/missing citations noted by reviewers.
- [x] Separated out a related work section from the background (Section 6).
- [x] Added comparison to the related work using $\theta$ nodes in related work section (Section 6.3).
- [x] Added discussion about function calls and global variables to future work (Section 7).
