The Vision of Shir Ya Khat is open and free information for all, similar to Coiniran. The main goal is to remove the language barrier in order to allow the knowledge on blockchain and decentralization to be accessible to Farsi speakers, and offer a global open platform for people to discuss related subjects. ## History of ShirYaKhat The journey of ShirYaKhat, a trailblazing podcast in the realm of blockchain and cryptocurrency, began its remarkable journey around 2013 and 2014. During this period of growing fascination with blockchain technology, Shayan Eskandari embarked on a mission to connect with individuals actively engaging in Persian-language discussions about these groundbreaking topics across various online platforms. This initiative gave birth to **'Coiniran'**, a collaborative effort formed with participants from these online gatherings. In the initial phase, these sessions, originating as casual online discussions, evolved into more organized and structured meetings. In 2016, the group made a pivotal decision to record their insightful conversations and share them with a broader audience, leading to the inception of the **'Shir Ya Khat'** podcast. This step was significant, as it not only formalized their discourse but also amplified their reach, engaging a wider community intrigued by the ever-evolving world of blockchain and cryptocurrency. ### First Era Characterized by an 'Open Mic' model, the ShirYaKhat podcast sessions were a haven for open dialogue and diverse perspectives. A general topic would be introduced, inviting participants from various backgrounds and expertise levels to contribute. This inclusive and dynamic approach transformed ShirYaKhat into a collaborative space, where complex ideas about blockchain and cryptocurrency were not only discussed but also thoroughly examined from multiple viewpoints. This unique model was instrumental in shaping ShirYaKhat into an invaluable resource for the Persian-speaking community. More than just a source of information, the podcast emerged as a community hub, fostering a collective learning experience and nurturing a network of informed and engaged enthusiasts. The first era of ShirYaKhat concluded with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, marking the end of an influential chapter in its history. ### Second Era After a hiatus, ShirYaKhat embarked on a new journey, rejuvenated by the collaboration between Shayan Eskandari and Mehdi Salehi, a former audience member. This partnership signified a refreshed approach to the podcast, aiming to dissect new and emerging topics in the blockchain sphere for the Persian community. Shifting from the 'Open Mic' format, the podcast began focusing on specific themes, such as Decentralized Finance (DeFi) in season 4. This new model was designed to guide listeners from the basics to more advanced aspects of a topic, providing comprehensive coverage that was both technical and detailed. The participants delved into each subject meticulously, offering insights and knowledge across various dimensions, thereby enhancing the depth and technicality of the discussions. This evolution in ShirYaKhat's format reflects its continuous commitment to adapting and providing valuable, in-depth content to its audience. >**Visit website to explore and listen to the episodes.** > link [https://shiryakhat.net/archive/#portfolio] ## The Hiatus In September 2022, we dedicated a few episodes to discussing the Ethereum Merge in depth. These episodes focused on Consensus Layer and execution layer, delving into its intricacies with thorough details and engaging discussions. However, this was also the time when the movement for **Mahsa Amini** and '**Woman, Life, Freedom**' began. It was a significant moment that demanded attention and respect. Considering the gravity of the situation, we at ShirYaKhat made a conscious decision to not release these episodes. We wanted to show solidarity and ensure that we didn't distract the Persian-speaking community's focus from these crucial societal issues. This decision reflects our commitment to being sensitive and responsive to the broader context in which our audience lives. It has been nearly a year filled with profound and challenging events. We've collectively hoped for outcomes that align with our expectations and aspirations. During this period, we've experienced bitter and heart-wrenching incidents, which have deeply impacted us all. Our hope is that, ultimately, the best possible developments will unfold for our community. With this in mind, I am pleased to announce that after this almost two year long break, we are ready to restart ShirYaKhat. We plan to resume our podcast, aiming to continue where we left off, and hopeful that the future holds the best for all of us. As we **relaunch**, our focus remains on creating meaningful, insightful, and engaging discussions that resonate with and empower our community. ## The Return (Third Era) As ShirYaKhat prepares for its return, we acknowledge the rapid advancements in technology and the multitude of new developments that have occurred during our two-year hiatus. The blockchain world has witnessed significant changes, introducing new concepts and topics that are crucial for us to explore and discuss. Given the sheer volume of these developments and the limitations of our time, we realize that it's not feasible to examine all these topics in the comprehensive manner we did in our second era. This realization has led us to adapt our approach for the upcoming phase. In this new chapter, ShirYaKhat plans to delve deeper into these concepts, aiming to stay at the forefront of blockchain technology, especially within the Ethereum ecosystem. To tackle this challenge effectively and keep up with the rapid pace of innovation, we've decided to revert to the 'Open Mic' model used in our initial phase. This model allows for a more dynamic and inclusive exploration of various topics. In **season seven, we will kick off with the 'Open Mic' format**, where multiple topics and issues will be presented. Participants can contribute their personal opinions, technical analyses, and insights, fostering a rich and diverse dialogue. This approach will enable us to cover a broader range of subjects more efficiently, ensuring continuity and depth in our discussions. The 'Open Mic' model is not just a return to our roots but also a strategic move to keep pace with the evolving landscape of blockchain technology. It allows for greater flexibility and a wider range of perspectives, ensuring that we cover the most relevant and cutting-edge topics in the field. As we embark on this journey, our goal remains to provide our audience with insightful, informed, and engaging content, reflecting the latest trends and developments in the blockchain world. ## Topics Our process for selecting topics will work as follows: initially, we will have an internal discussion within the **ShirYaKhat Internal Governance group**. Following this, we will shortlist several potential topics. Then, we will conduct a **poll on our social media** platforms to gather votes from our audience. The topic that receives the highest number of votes will be chosen for our next episode. **Here are my initial suggestions for topics we might explore in our upcoming episodes.** * **Ethereum layer2** * How really layer2 works * data avalability * state validation * asset bridge * fraud proofs * validity proofs * zkevm * validium * rollup as service * hyperbridge * DA specific projects * **MEV** * MEV supply chain * Mev burning * MEV share * Searcher logics * PBS * **Privacy** * Mixers * ZK in privacy * Chain analysis * what is the privacy * **Ethereum Protocol Improvment** * Proto-Danksharding * Evm parallelism and Evm object format * New client architectuere (Reth, erigon) * Authcall EIP * ... * **Cryptography** * ZKP * proving systems * plonkish vs growth16 * Halo2 VS Nova * DSL * usecases * ... * FHE * MPC * **ecosystem new protocols** * EigenLayer (restaking) * Celestia * ... * **aplication layer** * account abstraction * DAO * ... ## Participating As ShirYaKhat embraces the 'Open Mic' model once again, we are enthusiastic about the prospect of involving our audience more directly in our podcast.
