Rules

Contest Of Contests is a periodic omnigeneral contest with a potentially infinite duration.
Approximately every 10 days, the @ilnegro account will start a new contest.
The rules for participation are few and simple:

- All users who have an account on Blurt can participate.
- Upvote 100% of the contest launch post.
- Publish one and only one post on Blurt containing a contribution, of any kind, on the topic within 7 days from the launch post of the contest.
- Reply to the launch post by linking your post and inserting #coc and #blurtcontests tags as first

The launch post will contain the SHA256 code obtained [here](https://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator) by entering a random sequence of the numbers from 1 to 10000.

The list of contest participants will be published on a post approximately two days after the closing of the launch post.

The winner will be the one who has been assigned the number that first appears in the list published with the launch post in SHA256 format and in the clear in the extraction post.

90% of the reward earned from the launch post will be transferred to the winner within ten days.

CAUTION
@ilnegro reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the Contest Of Contests for a period; for example in conjunction with holidays or for organizational reasons.

At the sole discretion of @ilnegro a post may be excluded from the contest with explicit motivation, by way of example:
- excessive brevity
- total inconsistency with the proposed theme

NB
a) Posts containing images (videos or photographs) protected by third party copyright (or whose free reproduction is not certain) will not be accepted.
b) We also remind you that the responsibility for any infringement of the intellectual property rights (copyright) of third parties falls to the author (authors) of the original posts and not to @ilnegro who in any case does not assume any responsibility in this regard.
d) @ilnegro reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to modify, in whole or in part, this regulation, by simple communication for reasons, by way of mere example, of impossibility to meet the estimated prizes, shortages of participants, etc.

Contest Of Contests

How does it work?
A theme is proposed, those who want to participate in the contest can use the mode they prefer, for example:

- drawings
- poems
- short stories
- haiku
- video
- music
- performance
- articles
- cartoons
- meme
- whatever else comes to your mind

The rules are as follows:
- create a post regarding the proposed theme
- comment on the launch post by inserting the link of your post
- use #coc as first tag and use also the tag #blurtcontests
- upvote at 100% the launch post

After 7 days, once the contest launch post is <b><i>closed</i></b>, a list will be drawn up that will associate each participant with a number based on the date of posting (the first is number 1, the second number two and so on).

Awards
- the 90% of the reward amount of the launch post will be paid to the winner in Blurt

The winner will be drawn by lot, so no merit, no judgment, only luck will reward one of the participants ...
