# User test Streameet!
:::warning
## Qualitative interview
**Presentation of Streameet!**
*Streameet is a mobile app, allowing to touring musicians to meet other musicians, to go to new places on their itinerary, fully based on their music taste and preferences. The app directly starts by scanning the user's musical libary.*
---
**Q1: Would you use this application ?**
*Itw 1*: I'm not really ready to use this app because I don't really see how it could be useful to me. I don't understand which kind of music will be chosen to show me which kind of people to meet or places to discover.
*Itw 2*: I would actually definitely use this app but it would be great if it was usable by anyone because I'm not a musician and I would like to use this app. It would be also nice to use it in the same city because I don't necessarily travel a lot.
---
**Q2: What is your first feedback/impression ?**
*Itw 1*: It wasn't clear enough for me that it was meant to meet new people on our way, on a itinerary. I also thought that it was meant for anyone and not necessarily artists. I Understand the app if it was meant for everyone but not the artists side of it.
*Itw 2*: I liked the idea and completely understood the concept of the music library and the itinerary, but not the fact that it was meant only for musicians. I was actually confused because I saw in the title that it was written that it is for musicians but the app itself doesnt show it that much.
---
**Your habits & tastes**
*We would like to know a little bit more about you when it concerns your usual habits with apps.*
**Q3: Are you used to use mobile app to meet people who have the same hobbies than you ?**
*Itw 1*: I don't realy use apps to share my hobbies except social medias like instagram.
*Itw 2*: I don't use any kind of app that shares hobbies.
---
---
**Behavior related to particular issues**
*We asked the testers to express themselves on our application and used our prototype for this part.*
---
**Q4: Tell us what you think about the app ?**
*Itw 1*: As I told you, I wouldn't use it myself because I didn't really understand what it was meant for but if you tell me that this app could be used anywhere I would try to use it al least once.
*Itw 2*: I think that the app is cool, I would like to use it personaly. The design is simple, it is easy to understand but there are some english mistakes and I didn't understand what "visible by anyone" meant. If I can suggest an idea I would make the app usable by musicians AND regular users.
---
**Q5 : Would you say that it was easy to use and understand ?**
*Itw 1*: To use, yes. To understand, not before you explained it to me. Some things are missing like informations about the places, the possibility to see the map entirely etc..
*Itw 2*: I would say that in general everything was easy to understand and it is definitly easy to use.But once again maybe try to make it more explicit that it is for musicians.
---
---
**Testers constructive suggestions for improvement**
**Q6: If you had things to improve with our app, what would it be ?**
*Itw 1*: I would make it usable by anyone, give access to more informations about some places and have a more interactive map.
*Itw 2*: Some of the gramatical mistakes that I saw, the "visible by anyone" option, but also give the choice to people to use it as musicians or regular users. Maybe that the musicians could make some requests to place in that or that place or use the app as regular people as well.

## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction** (this is your first scenario):
I asked the users to manipulate the app without any instruction or information.
**Observations:**
*Itw 1*: Easy to use, difficult to understand. Didn't really got what the app was meant for from the first beggining.
*Itw 2*: Easy to use, understood the concept in general, but confused about who's the app meant for ?
---
**2nd instruction:** (this is your second scenario):
I asked the users to imagine that they are musicians and explained them the concept of the app :
**Observations:**
*Itw 1*: Got the meaning much faster and the app made much more sense to our first user after the explanation of the concept and the context.
*Itw 2*: The explanation of the app didn't change anything except the fact that it became definitely clear that the app is meant for musicians.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- Easy to use
- Nice design
- Good concept but to improve
---
**Neutral feedback:**
- Some gramatical and orthographic mistakes
- Map and interactivity could be improved
- Make it usable by anyone
---
**Negative feedback:**
- Not understanding who's the app meant for directly
- Some of the pages are not clear
---
**Learning & insights:**
From that, we've learn that the biggest negative point of our app is the fact that it's not clear that it's for musicians right away. There are some progresses to make over here and there to improve its quality and interactivity but also its attractivity.
---
**Decisions & actions:**
To iterate, we will make several modifications :
- Change the gramar and orthograph at some places (work, we -> you), musician traveller.
- add another information page when we click/tap on the recomended places, activities.
- Review if our app is meant only for musicians or anyone and create new functions following this.
- Make the itinierary appear when traveling from a place to another
- Creat the possibility to make a full map appear with the suggestions.
- Maybe creat an option for meetings at a same place, same city.
