### Phase 1

* We will use
[GearsBot simulator](https://gears.aposteriori.com.sg/index.html?worldScripts=world_challenges). make sure the URL has worldScripts=world_challenges so that all the challeges are loaded in the menu.
* Use the [Intro course (CMU)](https://www.cs2n.org/u/track_progress?id=539) for the reference material below.
* The CMU course has the meterial for LEGO SPIKE, the instructor will demonstrate using the simulator blocks not the LEGO SPIKE.

Preload:
* Make sure the students what the simulator is and how it relates to the actual robot.
* Show how to load different maps. Worlds>Select World
* Show how to load different robots. Robot>Select Robot
* Show Blocks tab
* Show Map tab

Session 1:
* Lesson : Movement
* Exercise: Worlds > Select World > Challenges > Challenges: Maze 3x3 Red
* Lesson : Arm Movement
* Exercise: http://tinyurl.com/t3robmap .
** Worlds > Load From File
** Robots > Select Robot > Cage Bot
** Goal is to go and grap the tiny stick in front and bring it to the back left green square
* Homework : Fire rescue+

Session 2:
* Lesson : Sensors ( Ultrasonic)
* Exercise: Challenges: Maze 3x3 ( use sensor to move forward )
* Lesson : Sensors ( Color , button)
* Exercise: Challenges: Cross the bridge

Session 3:
* Lesson : Loops
* Lesson : If / else
* Exercise: Challenges: Sensors: Left or Right
* Homework : Sumo Challenge

Session 4:
* Lesson : Nested if, Loop with if else
* Exercise: Challenges: Sensors: Follow the colors
* Homwork: Challenges: Sensors: Follow to Yellow

### Phase 2
#### Assemble Robot:
* Spike App > Spike > Build > Advanced Driving Base Parts
* Spike App > Spike > Build > Advanced Driving Base Assembly

#### Solve Master Piece Missions One by One:

* For each mission:
Ask kids to make a solution plan for the mission

### Phase 3
Depending on the result of Phase 2, either move on to the current league's challenge or continue with the
Space Challenge missions.
