I think the tools at our disposal or exciting, and that being a software technology company allows us to explore and gives new meaning to how open companies of the future will operate. ### Key Takeaways - Find ways to improve the communication pipeline throughout the company ## Team Development - Find ways to develop the habit of initiating rather than responding - Find ways to develop the habit of gaining new knowledge and implementing it - Find ways to embed team development practices into our operating system ## Business Development ### Initial Thoughts Our primary target persona is somebody that wants to create or use open source software that they can trust, love, and learn from. How do we make our software trustworthy to the people? How can we create software that people love because it brings joy and peace to their lives? How can we engage contributors in a way that they can engage in meaningful work while enjoying themselves? How do we create an effective pipeline to secure more Github and OpenCollective sponsors. Open Software and Open Education

Education is a fundamental right for every human being. Education can help us understand the world better, make better decisions, and deal with problems more efficiently. It also helps us build skills for meaningful work. Every child should have the opportunity to receive an enlightened education, no matter where they come from. UNICEF says, "Every child should have the opportunity to receive an empowering education that will allow them to reach their full potential." What is enlightened education The main difference between enlightened Education and conventional Education is that the former's foundations lie in "self-inquiry" while the latter bases its foundations upon "instruction."
