1. fishermen / living in the boat / dealing with sea trade
2. 1x Scholar/researcher (interested in Asia territorial politics e.g CN-SK; CN-TW-SK; CN-TW-HK-SK, person in political economy or ocean econonmy)
3. non-asian / american or australian Indigenous?
4. 2x artist or activist or law maker (interested in FLOSS x ecology/environment/geography/in general interested in art and politics, but want to have one who is non native south korean, perhaps from TW/HK who is now living in South Korea )

### Sea contract

This contract is made to agree that the South China Sea ownership style is cooperative
BETWEEN:
South China Sea Cooperative Preparation Committee
AND
Forkonomy() Project Participants

In consideration of the South China Sea ownership and other valuable considerations, the Parties agree as follows:

1. The volume & price of the South China Sea contains in this agreement
- 1.6 TWD / mL (about 70.06 SKW and 0.05 EUR)
- Include：The South China Sea international waters area

2. Management method:
- Participate the co-op as a legal person：adopt the Equator Principles
- Participate the co-op as a natural person：adopt the relating ecological and economical responsibility of the South China Sea

3. Relating Profits:
- Each member-owner of the South China Sea Co-operative Preparation Committee has the same weight of vote to manage it.
