I’m João Borges, a 28-year-old Brazilian serial entrepreneur, active in crypto since 2017 and recognized as one of the most prominent leaders in Brazil's gaming industry. I co-founded 'bayz', the largest Community Builder/Publisher of web3 games in Latin America and served as the former official representative of ‘The Sandbox’ in Brazil. Recently, I sold its operations to an international gaming group.

Besides being a 'Gaming Builder', at the end of the day, I just love building cool stuff around things and people I love. Just like I love Sushi, for example.

Back in 2019, I founded a robust Sushi Dark Kitchen Company called: '[Sushi Real](https://instagram.com/amosushireal)'. After becoming the top seller in the third-largest city in Brazil and achieving a 7-figure revenue mark, I sold this company this year to a Venture Fund focused on Food-Biz.

A weird (just like it should be) and successful career path, which I've built over the past 12 years, really shows the amazing stuff I've achieved. These are the kind of achievements you should consider when voting this round. Below are a few key achievements related to my most recent company, primarily focusing on the years 2022-2023, before its sale:

👉 Surpassed more than US$1.5 Million in revenue in bayz's first year of operation; ✅

👉 Served over 140 B2B clients, including Game Developers, Agencies, and Brands; ✅

👉 Invested an additional +US$1.4 Million in the development of more than 12 web3 games. ✅

Currently, I'm really passionate about the Nouniverse (having been exploring it since 2022, and I'm a holder of multiple nounish projects like GnarsDAO, NounsBR, Nouns Comics, Nomo Nouns, etc.).
