# Caregivers for Personal Care Arguably the best and biggest amenity is the personal care that you can receive. This is especially important and relieving when you are not able to perform these tasks for yourself anymore. While still trying to foster independence for its residents, caregivers can lend and hand and assist with personal care routines. Caregivers are uniquely trained and qualified for these positions to help their residents feel comfortable and at ease. Each resident will have different needs depending on what stage they are in, but there are a few personal care tasks they can assist with. Many elderly people might need assistance with tasks like showering or going to the bathroom, getting dressed or doing their hair, or helping out with their medication.
