### A) Review how to present projects during ecosystem calls
- Slobo provided a template to be used to present to the Ecosystem working group. These notes will help presenters deliver a concise overview of their topic or project and give the stewards a more precise outcome for the presentation.
> Audience: The audience are folks who have a high-level understanding of technology but are not technical experts. Assume zero knowledge of solidity.
>
>User Story: Start with a user story, such as person A wanted censorship resistance storage, so we invited IPFS. Then dive into the needed details.
>
>Duration: Try to keep the demo/presentation to under 5 minutes
>
>Request: Describe the ask early to set the context for the demo or project. Ask can be for funds, feedback problem or project, or to give the project greater awareness.
### B) ENS Project Highlight
- [Nimi](https://nimi.eth.limo/) has a new update that allows you to update your Nimi page with no gas fees. See their tweet for [more information](https://twitter.com/0xNimi/status/1559208188259418114).
- [Community Name Service](https://dev.cns.community/), a subdomain project that was presented recently, had a [testnet beta period](https://twitter.com/CNSdomains/status/1558843159999762433?s=20&t=hPQ-SnvkXnDIGX5MW5rsEw) calling for users.
### C) ENS core updates
- [ENS is 12,000 names away from 2 million names](https://dune.com/makoto/ens). This was only ~3 months since we reached 1 million.
- [Rainbow](https://rainbow.me/) released an ENS integration that enables users to change text records and information from within their mobile app's user interface. Check out your own rainbow profile by visiting **https://rainbow.me/`(yourdoteth.eth)`** on a mobile device.
- Attendee has a question about CCCIP read implementation.
### D) Review any upcoming events with ENS involvement
- AVSA reported that the ENS DAO would have a booth at the Devcon. 🥳
### E) Discuss ENS ecosystem round eligibility for Gitcoin GR15
- GR15 will run from the [7-22nd of August](https://support.gitcoin.co/gitcoin-grants/general-questions/when-is-the-next-grants-round). Ecosystem is contributing 69k for GR15.
- A forum post dedicated to GR15 can be found on the [Governance Forum](https://discuss.ens.domains/t/gitcoin-x-ens-ecosystem-round-for-gr15/14015).
- Projects submitting for this upcoming round should aim to have their submission in by **September 3rd.**
- Kick-off discussion on grant eligibility for this ENS Ecosystem round.
- No exclusions are specified for GR15. Any grant related to the ENS Ecosystem will be included in the round.
- Percentage of max matching: past round was 10%, which, if applied to this round, would result in a max matching award of $6,900 for any project.
- The cap on matching ensures that more projects receive funding, not only those most popular.
- The attendees were polled on what max matching should be, with results in favor of 5%, which is lower than the last rounds. For lower matching to be distributed effectively, we should aim to have 40+ grants active in the round.
#### Next steps
- Loop in @ceresstation, @ricmoo, and @lefteris, who have the most experience with Grants Rounds, for feedback before next week.
- Twitter Spaces scheduled for Friday at 2pm EST, hosted by the ENS DAO account, to amplify and educate the community on GR15.
