E LABS Event Creation Guideline

1. Make sure you have the admin priviledges. Ask the web team to provide the priviledges.
2. Open https://admin.elabskiit.me
3. Login with your KIIT email
4. Go to New Event
5. Provide the necessary details.
6. Click Submit to create the event.
7. Once you submit a new event is created along with two discord channel one public and another private.
8. Go to Events
9. Click on the event you want
10. The url should look like https://admin.elabskiit.me/event/view/__EVENTID__. The __EVENTID__ is replaced by the Unique ID of the event.
11. Copy just the ID __EVENT_ID__.
12. To get the registration form link, https://events.elabskiit.me/webinar/__EVENT_ID__/form.
13. To get the attendance form link, https://events.elabskiit.me/webinar/__EVENT_ID__/attendance
14. To get the feedback form link, https://events.elabskiit.me/webinar/__EVENT_ID__/feedback
15. To shorten any link for ELABS, use https://elabskiit.me/url-shortner. Do not use @ in front of the alias of url.
16. The link shortened will be displayed like https://elabskiit.me/__LINK_NAME__. Dont use that. Use it like https://elabskiit.me/@__LINK_NAME__

Any issues regarding registration, attendance and feedback, apply for a formal bug report in the mail [e-mail] and write the same message in the discord to the web team.
