AI+RAG 讓物流知識被分享傳 不是為了要做生成式 AI 才做生成式 AI 利用 AI 做跨界團隊,讓領域傳承方便 * 人:AI 促成物流知識的傳承分享 * 事:AI 協助整合流程上的斷點 * 物:AI 加速人工作業的速度 想盡方法讓運輸變得更簡單! ### FAQ Q1. 紙本圖像辨識上,人工簽名的部分辨識上怎麼確保草寫字體的正確性 A: 英文手寫和中文手寫 不同OCR 都蠻準的 簽名的手寫OCR對岸都做得很多,還在評估中 OCR跟GPT可以隨時抽換 Q2. 圖像辨識,最後一定還是偶而會有錯誤的情形。這邊Doc AI有再繼續做做重新訓練model這類的處理嗎? A: 只 train prompt,不 train 模型 Q3. 在物流業用 ChatGPT 或是第三方的 LLM API,會有機密資訊外流的風險考量嗎?解決這個問題的方法可能有什麼? A: 沒有, 不擔心. 資安考量有傾向於不用對岸的模型 Q4. line訊息格式雜亂,與規格化的表單不同,請問如何透過OCR辨識並能置入正確的欄位? A: OCR + GPT4 比較不吃格式,當初測試只用一個 prompt 就搞定了 0 o 1 i 等OCR常見的錯誤,請 GPT4 快速處理掉 Q5. 請問AI讀單功能有失敗的案例過嗎?讀不出來 多一個零 少一個零? 最後還是有人做最後一層的把關。 辨識的正確率大概 95% 以上,但只限於我們自家的場景以內。 Q6. 文字萃取(影像辨識)和結構化資訊的轉換(AI 語意辨識),這兩個在 RPA 流程中的步驟要達到 100 % 的正確率應當仍是很有挑戰性的,針對這兩個步驟當中被錯誤判斷的案例中,不知有沒有機會再聽你做更深入的分享?(譬如透過溝通讓人去處理或是專注在讓特定模型表現得更好等) A: 主要透過 Alert + 人工把關 來控管,而非回頭讓她更準 ---- 聊天區 我覺得這個可能會硬 - +1 - +1 - > 期待 - >結果硬度好像還好(?) - >>後面應該還有硬的! - > 蠻期待志祺的主題 共筆的大家加油! 真。行動辦公室 > *流動 好久沒聽到 access 關於Doc AI的改變,想到近期看到的一部影片,關於分治法和端對端AI的轉變,傳統上,工程師習慣採用分治法解決問題,但這很燒人(例如早期決策樹),而使用端對端AI,燒的是GPU([Ref](https://youtu.be/kMBjzxKYWw4?si=YZFXXM5lPWJhLHDx)) > 從一個比較大的思維看待AI發展(內容哪些正確哪些錯誤,就自行判斷了,重要的是思考方式) 還是要過人確認 >責任要給客戶自己負責XD 投影片好精美 玉山還有五個人,艾立沒有人 QQ 用工讀生??? 要 costdown 阿, 新成立的部門預算不夠 外包南亞海外? 雖然說這樣的流程好像看起來可複製,但好像就是很吃公司文化 可以複製,但是要先有人寫出那些工具 > 要來開公司了嗎 不然物流業其實都還是比較勞力密集,沒辦法讓第一線員工去做這種複雜的技術 不過蠻多物流公司都蠻山區海邊的,應該很適合有很大空間蓋機房 工讀生應該都轉正了吧? 一個 senior swe 可以請超過4個工讀生啊 不追求完美表現,利用卡點去做檢核驗證。
