* _Overheard quote_: "I just don't get what all the fuss is about!"
## Narrative
*Short narrative or description about the user and why they're using your product/service (try to capture their attitudes, needs, problems/concerns, and experience)*
The Apathetic Academic is only using this app because they are required to. They believe in their immune system, and they aren't concerned about the current pandemic because they are young, they have a very stable medical history, and they love springtime in Hanover and see all of the COVID-related commotion as overly dramatized. They need to be able to come back to campus in order to thrive and see their friends. They are most concerned about maintaining their academic record and continuing to play on their varsity team, and they are upset that all of these opportunities were cut short for no reason. They are concerned about using this app because they care a lot about the privacy of their data and don't want some student-created fiasco tracking their every move. (And for the last time, no, it's not because they're up to anything sketchy.) They want the experience of this app to be as painless as possible. They don't want to use it anyway, so they want their interaction with it to be as minimal as possible.
## Behavioral and Dimensional Information
* __Goals and Motivations:__
