Overview
This proposal is to continue engement with current contributor, Mark Rowdy to continue assist various projects in the area of front-end, smart contract developement and other development activities.
Project Details
Next Billion Collaboration
With the arrival of candidates for cohort #4, members will be assigned to specific tasks once we identify the needs of the fellows. This will include:
• Participating in ideation and discovery to determine approaches for real-world use cases.
• Applying experience to assist with front-end development.
• Building smart contracts based on fellows’ use cases and logic.
• Ensuring all applications are performant and bug-free.
ETH SIM
Continue steady development and assist the team in completing the following:
• Developing smart contracts to handle subscribers and enable network hosts to add local subscribers.
• Assisting with front-end development for applications, including websites, Android apps, and portals.

- Assist other project teams in PSE with front-end development, including IOU.

Member's experience
Mark Roddy has been a software engineer for over a decade. Mark spent the majority of his career in consulting. This provided mark with experience using several different tech stacks and allowed Mark to work at some highly regarded companies, most notably Facebook, Amazon, Vanguard, and Verizon.
Mark's intrigue with blockchain began in 2016, sparking a shift in his career trajectory. Initially an investor in the blockchain space, Mark was drawn to the groundbreaking potential of smart contracts and the Ethereum platform. This curiosity transformed into a deep-seated desire to be an active builder in the Web3 world. Mark is a member of RaidGuild, an Ethereum Foundation Grantee, ETH Denver Finalist, DAO enthusiast, an advocate for Open Source and Public Goods, and a Host of CryptoMondays Denver.
