**Grant Description:**

Write a script that estimates the damage for leaked transactions from MEVBlocker builder:
- Given a csv of transaction (define input structure)
- Compute the delta in token balance changes of the actual transaction and a simulation had the tx been included at the top of the block
- Convert asset changes in ETH using some price oracle (e.g. Dune)
- This is assumed to be the damage from leaking transaction.

**Grant Goals and Impact:**

In the future this tool could be used to build distributions for each builder on how much “top of block slippage” the transaction they include incur to detect anomalies.

**Milestones:**
This project has one deliverable: write a script that can clculate the slippage of a given transaction copared to its simulated inclusion at the top of the same block.
