* Change in RH Liaison
* bex is stepping down as RH Liaison effective this board meeting. Josh Boyer is serving as acting Liaison until RH designates a new one. As a result, Josh is stepping down from his at large seat. Ron Pacheco is leading that search and is also a point of contact for the Board.
* Nominations for Josh's seat will move forward via Shaun
* Brendan Conoboy: talk about how we can better communicate and partner between Fedora, RHEL, and CentOS.
* General view is yes, this would be a good idea for working together
* Finding a way for non-hat employees/companies to work in infra/provide hardware would help
* Next steps are to contact RHEL/Fedora leadership to measure interest
* Knowing who can/would show up helps set the parameters of the conversation
* Prepare an initial meeting announcement, through usual channels ({fedora,centos,rhel}-devel)
