# Swarm Grant for Religio's Dapp for DAO Content Management
This document outlines a proposal for developing a Decentralized Content Management application for Religio DAO. The goal is to leverage Swarm for content storage and create a governance framework on the Q.org chain, enabling Religio's community DAO to have direct governace on:
- Updating the Light Paper (Religio's Creed)
- Curation on blog publications.
This project aims to enhance community engagement and content legitimacy within the DAO, focusing on practicality and efficient use of resources.
## Milestone 1: Content Storage and Integration with Swarm
- Objective: Implement a system for storing and managing Religio's digital content, including the Light Paper and blog articles, on Swarm, a decentralized storage platform.
- Activities:
- Configure Swarm nodes for content hosting.
- Develop interfaces for content upload, retrieval, and decentralized hosting.
- Integrate Swarm with Religio DAO's existing digital assets, including the Light Paper and web page.
- Expected Outcome: Seamless storage and access to Religio's digital content, ensuring decentralized and secure management.
## Milestone 2: Governance Framework Development
- Objective: Establish a governance framework UI that empowers Religio DAO members to propose, review, and approve changes to the Light Paper and blog content.
- Activities:
- Develop a decentralized application (DApp) for governance, integrated with Q.org's blockchain.
- Create a user-friendly interface for DAO members to interact with the governance system.
- Give submissions access to Q DAO token holders.
- - Implement smart contracts to manage proposal submissions (integrated with Swarm feeds function), voting, and approval processes.
- Expected Outcome: A robust and transparent governance system that aligns with Religio DAO's decentralized ethos.
## Milestone 3: Etherjot Integration for Blogging
- Objective: Implement Swarm's Etherjot feature for community-driven blog creation and curation.
- Activities:
- Integrate Etherjot into Religio DAO's digital platform.
- Integrate Q voting system for the community to curate blog articles.
- Create guidelines and templates for community members to write and submit blog articles.
- Enable a FE for blog submissions from token holders
- Enable a FE for DAO aproved blog entries.
- Expected Outcome: A vibrant, community-curated blog platform, enhancing Religio DAO's digital presence and member engagement.
## Technical Requirements and Considerations:
- Front-End Development: User interfaces for content management, governance, and blogging need to be intuitive and align with Religio DAO's aesthetic.
- Smart Contract Development: Secure and efficient smart contracts for governance and content management.
- Education and Support: Providing resources and support for community members to adapt to the new system.
## Milestone 4: Community Engagement and Content Generation
- Objective: Encourage and facilitate community participation in content generation and curation using Swarm.
- Activities:
- Launch a campaign to inform and educate the community about the new content management system.
- Offer sub-grants or incentives for community members to contribute content. Seek to use ColonyDAO and/or DeWork for DAO labour engagement.
- Develop tutorials and resources to assist members in using the Swarm platform and Religio's Dapp for content creation.
- Expected Outcome: Increased community involvement in content creation and governance, fostering a more dynamic and engaged DAO ecosystem.
