    # 🌱 Glocal Regenerators **Ethical Onboarding to Web3ReFi** **Bridging regenerative communities with decentralized technologies.** ## 🌱 Context **ReRe (Regenerative Resources)** is a pioneering cybercultural protocol driving the cultural transition of Web3 towards profound regeneration. Since 2022, it has hosted weekly online gatherings and daily P2P dynamics, where participants experientially explores at the same time the rescue & re-emergence of paradigms such as abundance logic, P2P netweaving, collective intelligence ... that constantly gives birth to trustworthy environments that estimulates everybody to co-create learning journeys that favors the interactive mirroring of different challenges creating in an very singular way meaning and collective value " in-between " each ones contexts/ realities. In the long run, **ReRe** aims to ambitiously co-create in the web3 cyberspace an cybernetic layer called **Web3 Regen**. Through these interactions, **ReRe** has become a space for ongoing collective intelligence and the netweaving of all sorts of regenerative initiatives/projects throughout Brazil. 🤝 **How it works**: Part of these online open gatherings are dedicated to the critical mapping of web2/web3 projects through live mapping with constant interaction and spiral feedback loops, where theoretical and practical exchanges about the origins and its value proposal creates precious openings to critically explore the emergence of Web3 (and its direct relation with opensource cyberculture and decentralized infrastructures) and how and when ReFi fits in it. This way by relating the challenges and abundances of each peer, project, or community, participants learn to apply Web3 concepts in their own contexts. This process has enabled the effective dissemination of regenerative and decentralized foundations, connecting experiences and good practices throughout the Brazilian ecosystem. Within this intense flow, **ReRe** has been prototyping one of its first **web3REGN blueprints** the **Commons Pool of Shareable Resources (CPoSR)**, a P2P interactive dynamics that exercises the mutual access of tangible/intangible resources — financial, technological, material, social, etc. — guided by commons principles. This mechanism enables resource matching beyond finances to pair participants and make joint projects viable. ## ✨ Vision **Glocal Regenerators**, is an new initiative that seeks to rely and systematize ReRes P2P interactive dynamics fostering and catalyzing all sorts of projects through collective intelligence to co-create collaborative infrastructure within the web3REFI ecosystem. Acting as a “redhat regenerative,” project, **Glocal Regenerators** seeks to directly connect with **Stellar** due to its unique attributes and increasingly presence in Brazil, and in the medium term, to build relationships with the private sector, governments, and NGOs to generate real impact across diverse socio-economic-environmental contexts. ## ReRe / ReReGeneradora Falar da incubadora do ReRe ## 🌍 Glocal Regenerators: A Living Model Glocal Regenerators has the ambition to becoome a living ecosystem that is open-source, replicable, and rooted in community wisdom. That will invite others to grow their own ReFi pathways with Web3. **Where Stellar blockchain technology will play a fundamental roll on it.** --- ## 🧭 Project Justification Web3, as an emerging decentralized technology, has the potential to redefine how people interact, create value, and coordinate resources. However, many enter this ecosystem with industrial-era paradigms — binary thinking, predatory extraction, overproduction, and centralization. ### 🔍 The Problem - **Old Paradigms in New Tools**: Web3 used for immediate profit, speculation, high energy consumption, and social exclusion. - **Lack of Critical Thinking**: Uncritical adoption of dominant narratives without assessing social and ecological impact. - **Disconnection from Local Contexts**: Solutions often ignore the cultural, social, and ecological realities of the territories in which they are deployed. - **Lack of Consideration for the Planetary Crisis**: Despite crossing 6 of the 9 planetary boundaries by 2023, few projects propose concrete local actions to support planetary health from their territories. - **Lack of Climate Resilience**: Many initiatives fail to leverage the potential of open-source networks to develop systemic adaptation and mitigation solutions — such as decentralized clean energy, local food production, plastic recycling, and regenerative biodesign. ## 🌱 The Opportunity To cultivate new mindsets and coordinate local actions that: - Stimulate critical thinking and collective intelligence. - Promote decentralized and collaborative governance. - Connect emerging technologies with ancestral knowledge and glocal ecosystems for local regenerative action. - Link local problem-solving needs with the funding and tools of Web3 ReFi. ## 🎯 About the Proposal - **Culture of Reflection & Critique**: Expand critical onboarding of new people and projects through ReRe’s open daily sessions. - **Commons Knowledge**: Publish the ReRe Root Wiki to share and co-create free knowledge across the community. - **Open Innovation & Appropriate Technologies**: Foster the creation and “produsage” of FOST through DIWO (Do It With Others) workshops teaching people in urban, rural, and traditional communities to build context-appropriate autonomous solutions. - **Open Education**: Produce accessible learning content ("knowledge pills") on Web3 ReFi, Gitcoin, Stellar, Planetary Health, and Regenerative Systems Design. - **Regenerative Systems**: Promote development and deployment of integrated FOST-based solutions like biodigesters, micro wind turbines, plastic recycling, using NFTs with impact, impact DAOs, regeneration-backed tokens, and scientific impact metrics. - **Local & Global Integration**: Strengthen connections between territories and global networks such as Stellar, Greenpill Network, Regen Coordination, and ReFi DAO. --- ## 🌟 We Can Do So Much - **Awareness & Engagement**: We create accessible narratives, immersive learning spaces, and cultural translations to welcome diverse communities into ReFi. We are scaling the proven methodology from ReRe to reach more people and projects. - **Adoption & Development**: We can prototype tools like cREAL for agroforestry and local economies, develop smart contracts on Stellar, and support decentralized governance. - **On-Chain Economic Activity**: Through NFTs, DAOs, and blockchain funding, we keep value circulating within regenerative ecosystems. - **Regeneration**: 🌿 Supporting ecosystems 🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏽 Empowering communities 💰 Enabling resilient economies --- # References: - [ReRe Miro Board](https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVNf0Lea0=/) - [ReRe Youtube channel](https://www.youtube.com/@abundancerere) - [Github do ReRe](https://github.com/ReRe-Recursos-Regenerativos) - [Wiki - Modular Eco Industry](https://gitlab.com/c_arpino/eco-industria-modular/-/wikis/home) - [Biodigestor Boitatá Open Source](https://boitata.eco.br/) - [REGOSH](https://regosh.libres.cc/) --- ## 📦 Deliverables ### **Educational Production** - At least **15 educational videos** on Web3 ReFi, Gitcoin, Stellar, planetary health, resilient and regenerative system design, and FOST solutions. - Publish a **ReRe/Regen Root Wiki** with at least 10 sub-pages. - Increase ReRe’s presence on global Web3 ReFi forums. ### **Community Growth** - **+50 new MetaMask wallets** by August 2025. - **3 online events** with at least 30 participants each. - **Feijoada SAFA in-person event** with at least 60 attendees. - **2 in-person workshops** at UFABC with max capacity of 35 participants each: - “Building Biogas Autonomy: Learn to Make Your Own Open Source 'Boitatá' Biodigester” - “Web3 Regen Universe” ### **On-Chain Implementation** - Deploy **1 NFT Membership Smart Contract** on the Stellar network. - Connect **2 local establishments** to accept payments in **cREAL**. - Create a **DAO** for funding Free and Open Source Hardware (Modular Eco Industry). - Deploy **1 Governance Token Smart Contract** on Stellar. - Deploy **1 Physical Product NFT Smart Contract**. ## Pool DAPP Proposal ### Proposal for Crypto Resource Pool – Florestas Social (MVP with Stellar) **1. Objective of the Crypto Resource Pool** Develop a decentralized financial system on Stellar that tracks planted trees (from planting to mature timber), represents them as Green NFTs, and integrates the "green cashback" model with partner companies, generating sustainable revenue through fees, premium timber harvesting, and carbon credits. **2. Key Elements of the MVP** **Native Token: "Green Token" (GT)** - **Function:** An asset that reflects fractional ownership of trees (via Green NFTs), CO₂ capture, and participation in future profits (timber and carbon). - **Model:** Token issued on Stellar as a native asset, linked to an issuing account controlled by Florestas Social. #### Initial Distribution: - 40% for funding planting and certification (sold via Stellar DEX). - 30% for green cashback rewards and incentives. - 10% for team/development. - 10% reserve for expansion. - 10% for funding the creation of open hardware. **Characteristics:** Low transaction cost (~0.00001 XLM), transferable, and associated with Green NFTs. **Green NFTs** - **Description:** Each NFT represents an individual tree, tracking its life cycle (seed to mature timber), with data such as growth, CO₂ absorption, and potential economic value stored off-chain (e.g., IPFS) and referenced on Stellar via a unique hash. - **Functionality in the MVP:** - Issued as unique assets on Stellar (each tree with a specific trustline). - Linked to GT for fractional ownership (e.g., 1 GT = a fraction of an NFT). - Transparency ensured via Stellar Explorer; data accessible on the platform with Google login. - **Focus on the Excerpt:** Full tracking (seed to timber) with emphasis on up to 3,000 initial trees, without real-time monitoring complexity in the MVP. **Resource Pool (Liquidity Pool)** - **Structure:** GT/XLM pool on Stellar DEX. - **Purpose:** - Provide liquidity for GT buying/selling by investors and participants. - Raise funds for planting and certification via transaction fees. - **Rewards:** Liquidity providers receive GT from profits (premium timber and carbon credits). - **Fee:** 0.5% per transaction in the pool, allocated to fund planting and certification (as per the excerpt). **Green Cashback** - **Mechanism:** Partner companies integrate GT into their products/services. Example: with each purchase, the customer receives GT equivalent to a fraction of a tree (e.g., 0.05 GT per R$50 spent). - **Execution in the MVP:** - Test with 1-2 partners (e.g., Só Mogno or similar). - Automatic GT transfer via Stellar Horizon API after each purchase. - **Focus on the Excerpt:** Fractional tree ownership as a differentiator for customers. **Circular Economy and Revenue** - **Revenue Sources in the MVP:** 1. **Partner Fees:** Small fees charged to companies for planting and certification (e.g., 1% per integrated transaction). 2. **Sustainable Harvesting:** Simulated revenue from premium timber (e.g., Só Mogno), converted into GT. 3. **Carbon Credits:** Simulated gains (verified off-chain in the MVP), commercialized, and distributed in GT. - **Implementation:** Profits converted into GT and distributed proportionally to GT and NFT holders via Stellar. **3. MVP Roadmap** - **Phase 1 – Basic Structure (1-2 months):** - Issuance of GT and Green NFTs on Stellar. - Setup of the GT/XLM pool on the DEX. - Integration with Google login for NFT tracking. - **Phase 2 – Pilot Test (1 month):** - Partnership with 1-2 companies (e.g., Só Mogno) for cashback and fees. - Issuance of NFTs for 3,000 trees. - Liquidity test with XLM equivalent to ~US$5,000. - **Phase 3 – Validation (1 month):** - Simulation of revenue (timber and carbon) and GT distribution. - User feedback and adjustments. **4. MVP Success Indicators** - Tracking of 3,000 Green NFTs (seed to potential timber). - Functional cashback integration with 1-2 partners. - Minimum liquidity in the pool (e.g., 50,000 XLM, ~US$5,000). - Simulated revenue (fees, timber, carbon) distributed to 50 users. --- --- # Not be used to Stellar application ## 🌟 What Impact we will generate with Stellar One of **Glocal Regenerators** co-founders is Modular Eco Industry initiator - **Cristthian Arpino** - that has been generating real impact through documented practices with replicable actions such as: - Partnership with **REGOSH**, **Modular Eco Industry**, and **Solarpunk Brasil** to apply decentralized resource allocation mechanisms on-chain to Free and Open Source Technology (FOST) projects. - Creation of a DAO to auction NFTs that will finance the development of Open Source projects - Funding high-impact projects in local communities through the Stellar network - The world's largest platform for regenerative open source projects, with a collection of how to carry out projects for the decentralization of clean energy, recycling, ecological construction and vehicles. - Expand our trust-based listening networks. - Development of **commons pools** for shared resources. - Structuring of situated regenerative education with open methodologies that encourage critical thinking (e.g., critical onboarding). ## 🎥 Stellar Glocal Regenerators Knowledge Base The YouTube channel **@abundancerere** is an educational cultural extension of the ReRe ecosystem, from which Glocal Regenerators is already benefiting. With over 6,000 hours of recorded content, it documents workshops, daily meetings, and practical regenerative Web3 experiences. The channel acts as a bridge between global networks and Brazilian communities, democratizing access to Web3 with cultural sensitivity, critical reflection, and practical focus. ## 🎯 Expected Impact Over the Year - New coordination models based on justice and transparency. - Regenerative and intelligent use of resources. - Cultural transformation toward an ethical, inclusive, and regenerative Web3. ---
