* setup github org
* performed a local setup of react with chakra-ui. Synced with git. No edits to the site at all, clean react install
* started working on some graphics

### 31 March 22
* Discussion on interactive part. Graven suggested the following: . Mark and Jordan blieve this can be done with javscript and have agreed to work on this part of the page over the weekend,
* Content discussion: Chris to add more cpntent to the figma tomorrow.
* Meeting tomorrow with Harberger NFT team with possible surfacing of mutal aspects, such as an intro to the game on the education website with links to where the game is being hosted.
* Next meeting is scheduled for Monday.

### 05 April 2022
* Quick call with Chris, Graven and Jordan.
* Discussed the slider
* Chris to work on graphics and tidying up words
* Jordan and Mark to sync up regarding front end work
* Chris to work on a graphic/meme
* Chris to provide 2 real life samples and two proposed samples.
* Website should now consist of the following items:
* Header area
* Slide show
* graphic/meme
* interactive input/output area showing effects of tax rates on partial common ownership *ie too low tax and people would be less incentivized to reallocate their unused property. Too high and people would not invest in their property. Harberger's tax is meant to find the correct balance.

* Donation area for Radical X Change - still need to think about how to do this, we could provide an address but it would be cool to integrate some of the lessons into the web3 part. We discussed possibly using the tax from the Harberger NFT game, however this would need to be a proposal the DAO would need to make

### Geo-Web

An AR metaverse layer over the real world anchoring digital content using special browsers based on geo location. Each land parcel is administered using partial common ownership.

### This Artwork is Always on Sale

Digital art, with partial common ownership encoded as an NFT. All taxes, are collectes by the artist as royalty. After purchasing the NFT, the nre owner must declare their new selling price and deposit an amount for the tax payment. If the deposit runs out and is not refilled, then the artwork os foreclosed.

### PICO NFT

PICO NFT is a web3 board game in which players may purchase areas on a fictional map. Funds for land purchases and taxes collected will be administered with by a DAO.
