# NON-STOP NOGGLES and NOUNISH THINGS EVERYDAY forever maybe

A WIP PROPOSAL TO DO SOME BIG BOLD THINGS, Support and onboard more proactive and varied nounish builders,and help open up the pathways to mass adoption of nouns through careful, thoughtful activations and engagement.

# WTF is NOUNWORKS.WTF
NOUNWORKS is A small, Doxxed, dedicated proven team focused on creating, manufacturing and distribution of the highest quality NOUNISH products in the world. To date we have shipped over 100K of iconic Nounish items to every part of the world. (Noggles, Toys, Lo-Fi paper Noggles,pins,stickers,animated nfts, AR experiences, and more!) We would love to continue this mission of building distributing and celebrating NOUNS everyday forever, as long as we can.


# NOGGLES should be free to Funded and imcoming builders:
Our Physical goods are tools of engagement, and often a first point of conatct for non crypto natives with NOUNS or anything crypto.
We as a community should lean into this and fund a stream of NOGGLEs and related items to supply every passed on-chain prop, as well as relevant Prophouse props that require physical goods for social activations and engagement.
Everytime we had done this in the past the results were incredible and the nounpilling and proliferation and content engagement was higher than it woudl be without our help.Just ask any builder that has used our products in their activations.
We also feel that any new or existing Nouner should receive a set of Noggles, and a "welcome aboard" package or starter kit that will help them proliferate the community they've just stepped into.
While i am not sure how to control this distribution faucet or when we decide who can get larger allocations for their events I do know that this is extremley important especially in new communities and in some under develped nations where crypto is play such an imoortant part but the cost of these products can be substantial to them based on USDC value

The physical can feed & help build the digital.


Multiple builders have expressed an interest in having Nouns-related merch in hand to help bolster their events and plans, but have indicated that they can't afford to front the money to acquire the merch and often the task of putting up a candidate, then a proposal can take months and by then the opportunity and the excitement for nouns are no longer there. This prop would solve that problem.


# OUR ASK

**XXX USDC / month to cover:**
* products & shipping / fulfillment We will ship allocations of goods to various new prop winners as a "welcome to nouns" package We can also create a "new nouner welcome pack"
* warehousing and shipping
* This can be increased based on demand
* We have donew this for Pizza Dao twice, as well as Esports and NFTNYC, etc

**XXX USDC / month to cover:**
* Bigshot administrative costs, communication, and back end coordination work, tracking, and logistics.

**Funds to be sent monthly from a multisig safe in USDC equivalent top the above ETH amounts.**


# Considerations:

**Record keeping:**
We would maintain a record (spreadsheet) detailing who we shipped to, what we shipped,
Will do our best to stay on top of and encourage social media interactions and reports back from the recepients but it will be up to them to proliferate and share since NOUNS does not have a dedicated media team

**Controlling the flow:**
We'd also need to establish eligibility parameters (who gets the products). Noun holders, passed on-chain proposals and Nounish IRL events which benefit the community should be eligible for kits.

**Best usage:**
1. If a builder is creating a prop and needs IRL collateral like Noggles or Lo-Fi Noggles to help them execute their proposal, they should be eligible to receive those items. Social media posts & assets are better with Noggles!

**Bundled "Party Packs"**

"Passed" Prop welcome bundle includes a case of 10 plastic Noggles, 50 paper Noggles and 50 pins. This is basically a Party Pack that enables a super fun Nouns-themed event and gives the builders an opportunity to share and document their experiences and journey, share info and more with the world as they build their project. $600 + shipping.

**Proliferator Packs:**

For Nouners and builders planning IRL events: could come in 4 tiers to supply a variety of sizes of events:

* Tier 1: Single pair of Noggles: $10 + shipping
* Tier 2: 50 pack Lo-Fi: $150 + shipping
* Tier 3: 1 pair of Noggles, 50 Lo-Fi, 10 pins: $200 + shipping
* Tier 4: Case of 10 noggles, 100 Lo-Fi, 50 pins: $600 + shipping
* Adding a case of toys adds +$86 per order+shipping

these are extremlay popular, easy to ship and act as a perfect NOUNS welcome card for everyone, we can make branded art,and special prints (esports, Farcaster/Purple YEllow, Nounsfest exclusive)

3. Simple package Funglasses at a lower price. (cloth bag no box for savings on packaging, shipping)
Same great noggles, more effecient packaging for easier more compact shipping and distribution, Pouches can have specific custom branding like Esports, EDCON, Farcaster etc
Create and produce New simple Noggle design at a lower cost with a simpla package

**A big onboarding activation at Designer Con 2024 in las Vegas** that would feature all of the nous porjects, Base onpboarding, Pizza Dao and more (Dcon is an event that we need to be at en force to onboard the creative community in a big meaningful way to web3, nouns and onchain)
Engage with more creatives to make nounish things of all kinds, and then showcase all of these wonders at the Licenisng show where we can properly introduce them to NOUNS, whats is possible and hand over a full asset library for anyone to do their own thing

**Nouns modular build anywhere structure plans**
REWRITE to include Asheville and a local architect

We are in the process of developing technical specifications for a modular housing project, "NOUNS TOWNS for people in places everywhere forever"
The ask is small and the impact could be global.Our plan is to involve an architect and a structural engineer to enhance and fine-tune Klim's innovative building concept into a set of detailed technical schematics, as well as a comprehensive bill of materials. Upon completion, we aim to open-source these plans, enabling anyone to utilize them anywhere. Additionally, we are seeking out suitable partners and considering initiating a secondary team—potentially in Latin America or led by Carlos—to propose the construction of a physical prototype based on these specifications.Once the plans are done anyone in the community can put a prop together to find a suitable partner and a team (maybe lat-am maybe Carlos? put forth a proposal to build a physical prototype based on those specs) I make toys and have good ideas, I want to open source the things I can't make for people that can, everyday forever.

Develop a new collection thatwoudl include a few new heads and unique colorways, coordinate promotional efforts with nouns alligned communities to promote and proliferate (Igloo noun for Panguins, Bomb Head noun for the hundreds, Deli noun for the deli, Heart noun for Mucho Love etc etc etc)
