My name is Ankan (https://github.com/ank4n) and I have been working with Parity in the FRAME team since Sept 2022. I was also privileged to be part of the first cohort of Polkadot Blockchain Academy at Cambridge last year.
Previous to that, I have also been involved with Dwellir, and the RoosterDAO team in the Polkadot ecosystem since January 2022.
My focus in past year have mostly been around maintaining and improving staking subsytem in the relay chain with the goal of making these pallets PoV friendly and eventually move the staking functions into its own system parachain.
