    • Write up history of how we got here
    • Add test for conda run checking for correct PATH/prefix
  2. Phase 1
    • Run conda without prefix injection patch in test suite, maybe…
    • Have conda run a non-python program in prefix to test if environment is activated or not
    • Have test that triggers DLL issues
  3. Phase 2
    • Try os.add_dll_directory
    • Try prepending PATH before calling python/conda
