Create platform for a regular live streaming with audience ### Selection process - We generated many solutions to a given HMW question according to their - Creativity - Usefulness - Feasibility - Distinct from each other - Top 3 solutions questions were chosen by voting on Miro ![](https://i.imgur.com/DQL7E6V.png) ## Storyboards - ### Storyboard for *solution* number **one** - <ins> By allowing audience to request music </ins> ![](https://i.imgur.com/BsMZVFY.png) - ### Storyboard for *solution* number **two** - <ins> A platform where musician shares info about their performance (i.e: location, date, etc) </ins> ![](https://i.imgur.com/bHv9gHK.png) - ### Storyboard for *solution* number **three** - <ins> Create "musician profile" where people could write how they feel after listening to his/her music </ins> ![](https://i.imgur.com/8TOXA8T.png) ## Studio Reflection ### Summary Overall, studio members liked that we narrowed down our target user group, needs and insights. The main part they struggled with was storyboard texts. We narrated storyboards while presenting and thought our explanation would fill in the gaps of texts. Studio members asked several questions on feedback form and below we are addressing some of those questions. - From your solution idea where audience making comments on musician’s performance, it seems that the audience is also part of your target user. It might be better to include them in the user group. - I wonder if audience would be motivated to use it, and this service needs audience as users. - I wonder how to enhance performances of musicians in actual implementation - I wonder how your service can gather audience users. do you have any plan to use with SNS or other promotion service? - I'm little confused how 'improving musician's performance' is related with POV, it seems that pov is 'how to engage audience', not about performance ### Addressing - We reflected on the feedback provided for us in DP0 and had to choose either musicians or audience. As a result of team discussion, we decided to choose musicians to narrow down target user group. - Since our target group is beginner musician, our service would focus on musicians rather than audience. - We tried not to think about actual implementation yet. We tried to come up with wild ideas and think about implementation later on when designing prototypes. - We did not think about implementation details in this stage, but SNS or other promotion services seem to be a good approach for promoting a musician's performances. - Good point. We thought that a musician can engage audience if he/she improves his/her performance.
