Join plugin adds a list of memberships and membership checkout pages for memberships created with the Memberships plugin.

The URL for the membership list page is always `/join`.

And the URL for the checkout page is `/join/` + the membership ID.

This plugin has no admin page, just install and enable to add these pages!
