    # Shred The Nouns Feedback ## Overall Structure of the Document ## Summary Assuming the current goals of the document are 1. Providing an overview to Nouns Community about Gnars' start to date progress 2. Providing an overview to the Nouns Commuity of why Gnars needs more funding 3. Providing an overview to the Nouns Community about the overall capital ask and the details about how funding will be spent 4. Providing an Overview to the Nouns Community about what Gnars is expecting to achieve with the second funding round ## Document Structure I am suggesting to review the structure of the document as follow. Some of the sections already exists some others might need to be adjusted. The title of the section below not necessarly need to be reflected in the document 1. What is Gnars 1. Why it has been created 2. What is the Mission and Vision 3. The Key pillars 4. What Gnars is trying to achieve though the DAO model ``` I think point 4 is quite important but might be for another audinece? TBD ``` ``` To this section we could also include our values as DAO, which could be a good co creation exercise. However it might takes time , so i ll put that as optional ``` 2. How Gnars has been created 3. How Gnars Works 1. What is the structure 2. How the funding process works today 5. What Gnars has achieved so far 1. DAO Size 2. DAO Structure (we can already suggesting the PODS) 3. Number of Proposals 4. Overall Funding (Total ETH provided) 6. Number of Project Supported 7. Case Study (1/2 Successful Projects) 8. Other Key Milestones (Example new technology, different way to mint NFT etc..) 5. What Gnars Key success Lessons > The ideas of this section is to go behind the numbers and provide a qualitative story of the success of Gnars 7. Gnars 2023 Plan (would it be better to speak about 2 years?) 1. What are the key pillars of the plan / Aka our Strategic Goals 1. People 2. Places 3. Things 2.How are we achiving our strategic goals 1. Key Initatives x Pillar 2. Our focus on 4 sports 3. Our focus on 3 geo areas 4. Our focus on 3.What is our ambitions and our success metrics 4. Our funding allocation (x pillar / x audience) 5. How the plan will generage sustainable growth ``` here i think we have to set our assumptions that ``` 8. GnarsDAO Structure 1. Intenrnal Structure 2. Contributors 9. Our ask and Cost distribution # Section 7 / 8 / 9 Notes In section 7 we are defining our strategic goals around our vision pillars, here some more feedback regarding how we could structure that section ## PEOPLE Mission We focus on people and supporting their passion. We are targeting 3 profiles * Action Sports Collective * Athletes (what is the profile of atheletes we are looking for) * Content Creators (Professional Content Creators) 2023 Ambition and Metrics - Support x collectives in x countries engaging more than x people - Supporting x number of athelets across x discipline (distributed x sex age and other elements) to create the first Extreme Sport Team fully funded via web3 technology - Supporting x creators to produce x number of media Open questions 1. Why are we supporting these 3 audiences? We should be able to say that 2. What type of media we are supporting and we want to create? 3. Are we including artits ? where do they fit? ## PLACES We focus on supporting the restoring / regenerate Public Commons linked to action sports Examples 1. nature is public commons 2. skateparks are public commons Mission Whe are committed to distribute part of our funding to regenerate public commons 2023 Ambition and Metrics 1. Number of public commons supported Open questions 1.How can we measure impact in other ways? I think here there is work on on section 3 which makes sense ## THINGS We are creating a tech infrastructure to help DAOs supporting public goods ## Overall Impact of Gnars Scale Up 1. More people entereting into web3 by pursuing their passion 2. Positive use of web3 technology to have social tangible impact 3. Creating new process and techology / innovation that can be shared across Nouns community ## Other Notes 1. Do we need a glossary? 2. FAQ Section? Our conversation with the community will help building that 3. Contributor onboarding has to be gradual 4. Contributor onboarding has to have defined boundaries 5. Contributor onboarding has to be around capabilities
