# Abandoned NFT

## Proposal

1. Set up a DAO with a Wallet where people can send Pickles in exchange for Membership in the DAO. - as an added feature, I'd like a way of tracking the pickles submitted and their rarity/properties.
2. Allow members to submit individual artwork to include as traits on the replacement NFT and hold votes on which assets to include. It would be great if there was a way to reward winning submissions, whether it was with a portion of royalties for pieces that include their submission or some other way.
3. Provide members a replacement pickle for each of the pickles they've sent to the wallet that roughly matches the rarity of the pickles they have forfeited to the DAO, with a few potential upgrades and/or 1 of 1 special editions randomly distributed to pickles in the lower 70ish % of rarities.

* The new NFT would pay a 10% royalty to the DAO for all sales, and I envision it having something like.... 15,000 Loot Shares with one given for each pickle submitted and 1500 given to NFT Community DAO for it's help launching the project the remaining 3500 would be given to the winners of the NFT design competitions.
