## Introduction
Good afternoon, my name is Hugo Guimarães and I'm the CCO of **TimeView**. We are a startup made of 10 Informatic Engineering students and we believe that our services provide one of the most effective ways of reducing labour costs for companies that use physical machines.

To better explain what is it that we do, it is important to show:

- What is that we do?

## What we do
We create a visual representation of any of machine or even a whole system and turn it into an easy-to-understand digital model that allows data monitorization and visualization, such as energy output or temperature, and transmit it to a processing system.

It can be used to run simulations, study performance issues, visualize and predict outcomes and even detect errors in real-time.

Its goal is to generatre valuable insights which can be applied to the original physical model

And what benefits can this bring to a company, you may ask?

And ladies and gentleman, we are currently in a final phase of developing a product for our client *Nomad Tech*.

### Product - Transition and Nomad Tech - What it is

*They are a company whose mission is to develop and commercialize innovative technological solutions for the Railway Industry*

And for that, they asked for our help.

They asked us to build a digitl model that displays a train during one of its trips from one place to another, and allows refreshing and viewing information at every instance of the journey.

The product targets railway workers and it improves their roles of maintenance and inspection of trains, by providing better data understanding in a temporal dimension.

Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
- Represent data in a easy to understand way
- Select different train components
- Alternate between different trains / journeys
- Update the representation based on the temporal dimension

### Product - Improvements
But what we are currently showing you is just a demo of the Minimum Viable Product that we want to deliver. This means that there is still room for several improvements, that we aim to implement, such as:

Improvements:
- Allow skipping part of a journey
- Locate the train and respective stations in a map
- Predict the energy consumption of the train during a trip or between 2 stations
- Integrate with real-time journey

### Sum of our work -- Time is money -- How much does a worker cost?
In sum, what our company is able to provide with this product and all our products is one simples thing. Agile work that requires less time or even less workers.

Have you ever wondered how much does a single worker cost to a company?
Well I am going to give you a little example of the portuguese working environment for a single worker.

It is predicted that by next year, the average gross monthly salary will 1,297€.
With Christmas and holiday mandatory bonuses, you can multiply that value by 14, and you get 18,158€ every single year.

And we are not done yet, as there are several extra costs like social security on the employer, employee insurance for work accidents, job training, food allowance.

That means if Our Digital Twin is able to replace 56 average portuguese workers, the employers will be saving at least 1 millions euros, just in wages.
