Mustafa is our CTO and heads up all the technical expertise we have here

Although to report to Gareth, all of the solidity developers and the
rest of the Linum team are always happy to answer questions. However,
your solidity buddies will probably be more equipped to help you

## 📝 Internship Structure

### :small_orange_diamond: Duration
4 Months

### :small_orange_diamond: What will you be doing?
Furing your time at Linum, you will be working closely with some of our smart contract developers. You will learn all the basic knowledge around real world blockchain application and being to understand how to code in the world of web3.

You will go through many resources educating yourselfs on how developing and testing smart contracts work. Once you are ready you will be able to join in on testing and developing your own personal projects.

You will have a 2 month (mid internship) assessment where we can assess your skills and what you have learnt. If we are happy with your work we will ask you to continue on in our internship program. However, if we are not happy with the progress shown, we will regretfully have to end your internship.
