This is my last update as a Fellow but I plan to continue working on the project as there is still alot to be done and we have just begun with the PoC.

Updates

• Addressed the comments on the PR and made relevant modifications.
• Rented a linux VM to run Bazel and compiled the modifications in the PR
• There are a few failing testcases, trying to fix them

Next Steps
Fix the testcases and continue working on the PoC, will coordinate with Terence to start working on the P2P side of and also with Manav to work on EIP if any help is required.
