## Doc rules

## These probably need AT LEAST 3 productive members on a team.
* An app kinda like X2VOL but for anyone to get volunteer hours easily signed (J'aime cette idee) [x3vol]
- Be able to join a group, and the group leader can set a target
- You then add hours and the person. They can either sign it on your phone or they can scan a qr code then quickly press "authorize"
- Use replit-hosted api to use XeTeX to generate signed documents for printing. (probably actually a python api on our server)
- Push notifs also
- app clip? idk about targeting apple but that would be pretty neat
- problem solved: `awkward to get volunteer hours from large orgs, makes it simple`

* A duolingo kind of app but generalized
- You can add activites that you need to do
- To keep a "streak" you have to add a photo of what you did to further that
- Probably just a global leaderboard to compete.
- If the photo isn't accurate, you can "flag" it, when number of flags exceeds 75% of users who viewed it it's removed and streak reset.
- problem solved: `motivates you to learn / work on stuff`

* Discord status as an app
- You put what you're doing on and then it tells your friends.
- It says the time doing the activity and you can add a little note
- Need to learn push notifs on android
- FRONTEND SUPER IMPORTANT
- problem solved: `lets you be social and have topics to talk to relations about`

* An app designed around getting homework help
- Like tinder for hw help? idk
- ethicially would need to consider cheating
- Maybe like a wiki for homework???

* A recommendation aggreator for media
- Users put what they media they enjoy into catagories
- Probably movies?
- You put the MPAA rating and how you'd rate it on probably 5 axae, scale 1-10 ranked most important:
- [ plot, effects, language, violence, sex ]
- You then set what your limits are for each axis
- A button to press to be recommended something from your friends that fit your limits
- kinda like recme from TAMU 2022
- mastodon-like algorithm to generate a rec

* An app that uses a picture to determine how much energy was used to make the food
- Uses image classification to find out how much energy was used to get the food to your plate
- Gives you a recipt based on each item
- (Refrigeration, Cows etc)
- Uses AI probably
- Problem solved: `Helps make people more aware of what agricultural pratices use the most energy`

* QRZ.com but for the 21st century
- Would be a self-service website for callsign lookups et cetera
- Probably import data from HamDB into supabase
- I would guess a react frontend but idk
- Could have a mobile app too (download to device??)
- Maybe make a backend for it to make it a bit easier to transfer
- How would auth work with that... probably should just use supabase on website and app...
- Probably do the sign-in to view street address thing

* A game where you receive scenarios and you slowly build a tax return
* i.e. Different locations, different documens that you need to find in order to fill out a tax return

* Custom level scripting API? Like a specific tax return format or something

- doesn't provide anon messaging, maybe? idk that would be hard with supabase
- has a working search unlike FB marketplace
- Would let users list an item, include probably 3-7 photos.
- You can search by approx. distance, price, or keyword

## Avant garde ideas
* Gravatar for pronouns
- Uses some sort of id. probably email
- provides a service for websites to get the pronouns of a users
- Probably a json payload like this. See (a)
- pronouns: reflexive, nominitave, objective, possesive and that one other type
- Different pronouns for languages
- because some languages have grammatical geneder, would need a gender enum for each language
- maybe a client lib to help format it like i18n stuff?

- Issue: machine grammar is really hard to do right. Would probably be easier to construt an esperanto parser
