## Functional requirements
#### Customer:
- Customers can login/logout.
- Customers can add vouchers to the cart/ remove vouchers out of the cart.
- Customers can confirm the order by a button on the app.
- Customers are able to choose to pay by credit card or online payment.
- Customers receive notification when successfully ordering.
- Customers can filter vouchers by category.

#### Admin:
- Admin can check the number of each type of voucher sold.
- Admin can add and remove a specific voucher.
- Admin can view the statistic page of people accessing the website.

## Non functional requirements
- Have user-friendly interface and easy to use for customers. In details, customers just need 4-5 minutes to get used to the application.
- Need 1 training hour to use for manager
- The capability of transactions is 500 orders per day
- Be able to load over in just 2 - 3 seconds

## Scope definition
### Project objectives
- Our voucher selling system wishes to facilitate the process of buying and selling vouchers and giftcards by providing a platform for the buyers and sellers to manage and interact with. Moreover, the system also aims to speed up the process of delivering the vouchers to the buyers with required means.
### Project deliverables
- In the early phase of our project, we determine some basic functions that our system must guarantee such that : selling vouchers, uploading a voucher for sale, manage the vouchers and provide payment methods to the customer.
- In the second phase, we will decide which technology that we want to use and proceed to implement the system with proposed feature s with the hope to make a simple prototype to evaluate.
### Exclusions
- For the online payment method features, we will use third side APIs to perform so all your payment details validation and transactions detail will not be handled by our system.

### Project constraints
- Time : Due to our time limited in this course, we want to investigate, analyze and implement the system within a month.
- Cost : Because this is a course project and there is no need hire other people so we expect the cost of not more than 1 million VNDs.
- Scope : The system aims to provide functionalities that can help the voucher sellers deliver their products online and the buyers to find the vouchers that they want.
### Project assumptions.
- For the implementaion phase, we will assump that we are proficient with the technology that we use to implement the system
- All the resources that we need are available including laptops, servers, ...

- Time crunch : Our project will take longer than expected. Delayed timelines might impact other things like your budget, delivery date, or overall performance.
- Lack of clarity : Missing communication from stakeholders, unclear project scopes, or unclear deadlines
