### Key Accomplishments
- Initial onboarding period demonstrated quick adaptation to the DeFi tech stack and company-specific tooling.
- Implemented withdrawals epic
- Leverage RTK query which handles catching, query invalidation, and loading states for wagmi actions. Implemented multi step tx modal. Deployments of Rari and other partner chains.
- Design review to identify gaps in design and/or missing elements

- Expanded knowledge of blockchain integration patterns around multi chain transactions
- Better understanding of bridge solutions and how Nucleus leverages bridges.

- Built effective working relationships with backend developers and design
- Worked with backend team to design APIs for Nucleus app and partners to consume
- Noticed discrepency in snake case vs camel case for Nucleus backend apis early allowing for fix. Allowing team to align on standard for url params for backend apis.

- Took ownership/initative of communication with Rari chain team around deployment and duplicated wETH deployment.
- Noticed Danny saying he didn't have the technical skills to get RariETH Whitelisted on Camelot. Reached out and had a PR up for whitelist of rariETH that day.

- Creating deployment documentation for new vaults.
- Created template for new GitHub issue for new vault deployment.
- Engage and vocalize during design review to ensure we limit gaps and development tasks can be estimated as accuratly as possible.

- I'd like to continue to take on more with clients and partners. Help establish trust and build relationships. Could be challange due to all of the implementations we're targeting while still maintaining productivity with Dev tasks.

- Migrate package manager for web app from npm to pnpm or bun.
- Update from v2 of Chakra UI to [Mantel](https://mantle-ui.seismic.com/#/Overview?id=section-introduction), or [schadcn/ui(https://ui.shadcn.com/) (leverages tailwind). Or Chakra UI v3. If we keep using Chakra we should be updating the theme to meet our needs instead of writing the styles inline as needed.

## Overall Self-Assessment

### Strengths
- Communication, Updating tickets in GitHub
- For the withdrawals tab I have been keeping a running list of tasks. Adding to them when I identify new items, and updating them when I have completed the task.

### Development Areas
- Task Estimation, Asking for help, integration with backend/smart contract team.
- Backlock. I have accrued a fair amount of tasks in that have for various reasons not been the priority. I'd like to clear through those.
- I believe this is two fold. First, As I gain knowledge and experience in the code base this should be somewhat self correcting. Second, I need to provide my self with a bit more flex and do a better job of capturing additional items and updating estimate to reflect this. Idealy develop an SOP for this flow.

## Looking Forward

### Short-term Goals (Next 3 Months)
- Frontend feature complete
- V2 UI completed.
- Migration away from Redux (imo redux is not needed). If global state is needed I would recomend [xstate/store](https://stately.ai/docs/xstate-store) or [zustand](https://zustand.docs.pmnd.rs/getting-started/introduction).
- I hope to lead the development of the indexer via ponder and postgress db.

### Long-term Goals (6-12 Months)
- Continue to work towards being a more rounded engineer inside the organization.
- Ensuring that we are using the best web development tools and staying up to date with modern web development best practices.
- Become the defacto product owner for Nucleus.
