    # Project Planning AA-meeting **Version 3** *// 26-06-2020* Written by [Richard van 't Hof](richard@waag.org) This is the planning for the AA-meeting (alternative applications meeting) project, which falls under Waag's Public Stack project. The goal is, in the first place, to make a podcast about the struggles even experts have when trying to reach the public stack ideal. Meanwhile the podcast questions to what extend one should accept (short term) impairment of abilities for the greater good. A second goal is to explore how this podcast could be integrated into a bigger visual narrative for the Public Stack website. This planning lists all the tasks that have to be done for this project. It will also be added to Richard's Zimbra calendar, which can be used as a more visual version of this document. Here you can also find the day-to-day planning. This version of the planning is static. [The "living verison" of this document can be found on HackMD](https://hackmd.io/@TheRichArtSpace/aa-meeting-project-planning). Ideas, images and additonal project resources will be added to the [Project Research Board on Miro](https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_ktCfsKg=/). The [drafts for my monologues can also be found on HackMD](https://hackmd.io/@TheRichArtSpace/public-stack-podcast). | Deadline | 26-06-2020 | | -------- | ---------- | | Timespan | 7 weeks | ### Change log ```reStructuredText Version 3 - Deadline has been pushed back by one week to make the planning for the production-period realistic; This has been approved by Job Spierings.
