Moonbase was founded in Q1 of 2023 and is predominantly a software development company building scalable tools for the general public. Our initial offering is centered around enabling the tools normally associated with a CRM to be bridged with some of the p2p technologies that offer significant improvements in efficiency and delivery.
## Business/Product or Service
Moonbase's initial flagship product is the DAO1.app and is in the introductory stage of its development. It is a toolset for task management and DAO functionality. Some of its key features include: DAO proposal voting, dashboard for task management, discussion tools, and fund management. In the future we are implementing p2p messaging and video technology stacks that will offer higher quality audio, video, and file sharing capabilities than any competitor on the market to date. These integrations are slated for completion by end of Q2 2023
## The Market
We define our market as small businesses, organizations, and startups. The total market size was approximately $65B in 2022, and is expected to grow by 11.1% per year for the next 10 years. We currently hold 0% of this market and believe we can capture 2% of it by 2025. Some of our most notable customers include: Space Force Association, Liberland, and SpaceRanch DAO.
## Competition
The CRM marketplace is a stacked field with ample competition in the space. Every year new services are launched and compete with over 20 significant holders of market share at this time, including big players like salesforce, monday.com, and microsoft teams. We are in early stages of deployment and anticipate an aggressive consumption of market share over the next two years for two main reasons.
- We are a small and agile company that is adding feature sets that would take larger teams and infrastructure much longer to implement. These features include:
- AI assistance models that will decrease client costs by magnitudes as they outsource expensive tasks to low cost, AI driven, alternatives (e.g. AI legal assistant)
- DAO voting and tooling integrations that will allow companies to take tasks that formerly required in person meetings, legal assistance, accounting, payroll, and automate those tasks using blockchain based solution sets seamlessly integrated into an easy to understand UI
- We are integrating p2p hyperswarm tor protocol video and audio messaging capabilities into our software offering. What that means is we have safer, more secure, higher quality video, audio, text, and filesharing capabilities than the largest enterprise level offerings on the market (e.g. Microsoft teams, Zoom)
## Risk/Opportunity
Our greatest risk factors mainly center around our projected timeline of delivery. The longer it takes us to build, the less time we have available to exploit our competitive advantage. Limitations that delay delivery are: funding, legal assistance. Our biggest recognized opportunities include: startups, web3 companies, video/screen share intensive development teams.

### Operations
We have team members located in the US, Canada, and UK. We currently perform all development and hosting in house, outsourcing nothing in our organization. Our total full time staff is 7 people, 7 additional advisors and part time staff. We are the sole distributor and licensee for all of our products.
## Capital Requirements
We are seeking $5M which will enable us to market and launch our flagship product by allowing our team to purchase advertising space, scale for larger clients, and integrate with other established products. We expect to provide an exit within 2 years by recapitalization of the company.
